INTRODUCTION
This project designs a star topology network with each device
connected to a central switch. A central router connects two
LANs. LAN 1, managed by Switch 1, includes 2 laptops and 1
printer. LAN 2, managed by Switch 2, includes 5 PCs. This
setup ensures efficient communication, scalability, and cost-
effective management. Effective network design supports
reliable communication, seamless data flow, and enhanced
security.

CONCLUSION

This project successfully designed and simulated a star

topology network . The star topology ensures simplicity,
robust performance, and easy expansion. The network
consists of two LANs connected through a central router,
facilitating smooth inter-departmental communication.
