● Abstract: The proposed system is a comprehensive, patient-centric healthcare management


platform designed to streamline patient care, enhance doctor-patient communication, and provide
personalized health services. The system offers a wide range of features, including patient profile
management, appointment scheduling, secure messaging, video consultations, prescription
management, payment and billing. The system's disease prediction module utilizes machine
learning algorithms to analyze symptoms and predict potential diseases. The platform's user-
friendly interface and customizable dashboard allow patients to easily access their medical
information, communicate with doctors, and manage their health.

● Problem Statement : The current healthcare system is plagued by inefficiencies, lack of


transparency, and limited patient engagement, leading to poor health outcomes and increased
costs. Patients struggle to manage their medical information, schedule appointments, and
communicate with doctors, resulting in delayed diagnoses, misdiagnoses, and inadequate
treatment. The lack of electronic prescription management and lab result sharing leads to
medication errors and delayed treatment. Furthermore, the absence of a centralized platform for
patients to access their medical information, communicate with doctors, and manage their health
education and resources hinders patient empowerment and preventive care. Moreover, the lack of
disease prediction capabilities based on symptom analysis delays early intervention and
preventive care. The existing healthcare system is in dire need of a comprehensive, patient-centric
platform that addresses these challenges, improves patient outcomes, and reduces healthcare
costs.
