Abstract

The increasing demand for healthcare services has led to longer queues and extended waiting times in
hospitals, significantly impacting patient satisfaction and overall healthcare delivery. To address these
challenges, a simple yet effective system has been designed and implemented. This system manages patient
details through intuitive dashboards and processes information using advanced algorithms. Key objectives
include minimizing patient queues and providing assistance in patients' native languages. Additionally, the
integration of AI tools, such as MapBox, enhances functionalities related to hospital location and
accessibility within the local area. By streamlining patient management and improving the efficiency of
healthcare services, this system aims to enhance the overall patient experience and optimize hospital
operations.

1. Introduction
The “Doctor Appointment System” has been developed to override the problems prevailing in the
practicing manual system. This software is supported to eliminate and in some cases reduce the hardships
faced by this existing system. Doctor appointment system can lead to error free, secure, reliable, and
fast management system. It can assist the user to concentrate on their other activities rather to concentrate
on the record keeping. Thus it will help organizations in better utilization of resources. Every organization,
whether big or small, has challenges to overcome and managing the information of appointment,
doctor, booking, test, and medicine. The purpose of Doctor Appointment system is to automate the
existing manual system by the help of computerized equipment and full-fledged computer software,
fulfilling their requirements, so that their valuable data/information can be stored for a longer period with
easy accessing and manipulation of the same. The required software and hardware are easily
available and easy to work with .
