7. Selflessness - It calls for an individual to
put others before them in order to focus
wholly.
8. Critical Thinking - An effective follower
should also try to create new opportunities
and responsibilities for themselves by
proactively thinking about problems or
solutions independently.
9. Strong Listening Skills - Active listening is
an essential skill for a good follower.
