construction of the referenced road project, reference is made to Clause 1602 fGeneral
Requirements] of ERA 2013 STS, which requires submittal of Environmental and Safe guard plans
by the contractor prior to the commencement of civil works on the site for review and approval of
the Engineer and final acceptance by the Employer. The independent submittals shall include:-

. Site Environmental and Social Management Plan (SESMP) as per Clause 1603-1612
. Traffic Management Plan as per Division 1500
o Health and Safety Plan as per Clause 1613
. Plan for implementation of HIV/AIDS alleviation Programme as per Clause 1614
. Plan for Explosive Handling and blasting operation in line with clause 1210.
