2019 ENTITLED “AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING ANY PERSON TO SECURE BARANGAY CLEARANCES AND PAY
THE CORRESPONDING FEES AND CHARGES FOR ANY RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL, AND OTHER SIMILAR
STRUCTURE WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF BARANGAY MATABAO, BUENAVISTA, AGUSAN DEL NORTE.

SECTION III: DOCUMENTARY STAMPS- An amount of Thirty pesos (30.00) as Documentary Stamp Tax,
which shall be collected in all business activities in the proceeding seton which fund shall be remitted to
the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) pursuant to the National Internal Revenue Code.

SECTION IV: SERVICES AND CHARGES- There shall be services and charges for services and charges for
services rendered in connection with the regulation of use of the following Barangay owned properties,
services and facilities.

1. Barangay Gymnasium: 400.00/use

2. Tinago multi-Purpose Hall: 300.00/use
3. Chair per piece: 5.00/day
4. Long Table per piece: 15.00/day

SECTION V: DAILY FEES AND CHARGES- There shall be services and charges for services rendered in
connection with the regulation of use of the following Barangay owned properties, services and facilities.

1. Fish Dealer (Single Motor): 50.00

2. Fish Dealer (Four Wheels): 200.00

SECTION VI: SHARES OF PROCEEDS: The total amount collected from the daily collections, 50% share
shall be given to the particular Purok involved for maintenance and sanitation.

SECTION VII: The collections of all taxes and charges due to the barangay shall be the sole responsibility
of the Barangay Treasurer of Barangay Matabao, Buenavista, Agusan del Norte.

SECTION VIII: ACCOUNTING OF COLLECTION: All money collected by the Barangay Treasurer shall be
accounted in the provision of the existing laws, rules and regulation shall be credited to the General
Fund of Barangay Matabao, Buenavista, Agusan del Norte.

SECTION IX: PENALTIES- Any found violating the provision of this Ordinance or the rules and regulations
issued pursuant thereto shall be penalized by a fine of:

SECTION X: SEPARABILITY CLAUSE- If, for any reason, any section or provision of this ordinances are
declared unconstitutional or invalid the other sections or provisions thereof which are not affected
thereby shall continue to be I full force and effect:

SECTION XI: REPELING CLAUSE- All ordinances, rules and regulations in conflict with the provision of this
ordinance shall be deemed amended, modified or repealed accordingly:

SECTION XII: This ordinance shall take effect after 15 days of its completion and publication in any
conspicuous places of Barangay Matabao, Buenavista, Agusan del Norte.
