Its mission is development of Radio Communication Systems, Data links, Satellite Communication Systems, Millimeter Wave Communication systems 05 Defence Electronics & Research Hyderabad Laboratory (DLRL) It is actively involved in the design and development of integrated Electronic Warfare systems for the Indian Armed Forces 06 Defence Terrain Research Laboratory (DTRL) Delhi Its primary function is research and development of techniques to evaluate terrains and assess mobility potential of inaccessible areas.[1] The Defence Terrain Research Laboratory focuses on providing state-of-the-art terrain intelligence to the armed forces. 07 Laser Science and Technology Delhi Centre (LASTEC) It is the main DRDO lab involved in the development of Lasers and related technologies.
