Explanation: Content mining 2. (b) All of these Explanation: All of these 3. (d) Reaction analysis Explanation: Reaction analysis 4. (d) Semantic indexing Explanation: Semantic indexing 5. (b) Intrapersonal Intelligence Explanation: Intrapersonal Intelligence 6. Decision-making is defined as the process of deciding about something that is important, especially in a group of people or in an organization. 7. Algorithms are mathematical formula and programming order which direct normal computer on how to solve the problems using AI. 8. Expert Systems are Software used for decision-making. 9. Existential Intelligence is an additional category of Intelligence relating to religious and spiritual awareness. 10. Machine learning algorithms usually build a model based on sample data, which is known as “training data.” This is used to make predictions or decisions without being explicitly programmed to do so. 11. No. The data collected by many applications is not necessarily ethical in nature. Sometimes, the users just share their data to non-trusted third-party applications without reading what happens to their data. Sometimes, companies collect data without the consent of the users leading to unethical use of our data. If the user does not want to share his/her Data with any organisation/individual, he/she can opt for some alternative applications which are of similar usage to keep the data private. 12. Price Comparison Websites are the websites that compare the price of a product from multiple vendors in one place. Examples: PriceGrabber, Junglee, Shopzilla, PriceRunner, DealTime, etc. To practice more questions & prepare well for exams, download myCBSEguide App. It provides complete study material for CBSE, NCERT, JEE (main), NEET-UG and NDA exams. Teachers can use Examin8 App to create similar papers with their own name and logo. 13. Human beings are using the applications of Artificial Intelligence in day-to-day life. They are surrounded by so many machines that work on AI. They are becoming an important part of our everyday life. They provide us with the ease of having even some of the most complicated and time-consuming tasks in a minute. Some of the applications of Artificial Intelligence are as follows: Smartphones Drones Disease mapping and prediction tools Manufacturing and drone robots E-banking and e-commerce Tools for Social media monitoring for dangerous content or false news Songs or TV shows recommendations from Spotify and Netflix Online Ads Network Expert Systems

Algorithm: algorithms are mathematical formulas and programming commands which instruct normal computer on how to solve the problems using AI. Autonomous: autonomous simply means automatic where the system does not need human intervention for operation. Driverless cars can be the best example for the term autonomous. Neural networks: a neural network is analogous to human brain and its functionality. In human brain there thousands of neurons which trans.mit information at incredible speed in the human nervous system and within the brain. Domains of AI: Data science: data is considered the key domain, out of the three domains of AI. Data is basically a collection of raw facts and figures and can be in any of the forms i.e. Simple text, audio visuals, big data like predictions, insights, forecasts, decisions etc. Computer vision (CV): computer vision refers to that domain of AI which enables a machine to analyze constant feed of huge amount of visual data, understanding various patterns in it and finally making decisions based on the findings. Natural language processing (NLP): NLP is a domain that is broadly defined as the automatic manipulation of natural language like speech and text by a machine. NLP works using special algorithms which convert the audio data or speech into a form that is identified and understood by an AI system. NLP has two main components namely as follows: i. Natural language understanding (NLU): NLU involves mapping of the input given in a natural language into useful representations for machine and analyzing different aspects of the language. ii. Natural language generation (NLG): NLG is the process of producing meaningful phrases and sentences generated by the machine in the form of natural language using some machine representations. NLG involves text planning, sentence planning and text realization. 15. One of the major sources of data for many companies is the most common device, i.e., Smartphone. Smartphones have become part and parcel of human lives. Most of them use smartphones more than we interact with people around us. For providing the facilities by smartphones, Apps fitted in the Smartphone need a lot of data that is collected from the user, like details about the face, browsing history, geographic location, contact list, etc. All the data is collected with the user’s consent which he/she gives at the time of installing an app by clicking on the “yes” or “allow” button. This clearly shows that users themselves are giving permissions to the Apps. Permissions by users are harmless and even useful to provide users with a good mobile experience. This Data is collected to provide users with a lot of facilities and features that have made their lives easier. Another reason to collect the data is to provide users with customized recommendations and notifications as per their choices. One important reason to collect the Data is to make their app more accurate and efficient.
