Project description: Implement sales cloud to support 800+ global sales team members selling staffing,
digital solutions, and services for Ascendion business across multiple geographies. Generating leads and
converting to customized campaigns and events, keeping track of the meetings associated with accounts
and opportunities. I have been involved right from the start of this project which includes gathering
requirements, providing solution design, development, testing, deployment and post-production support.
Responsibilities:
• Interacted with various business user groups for gathering the requirements for Salesforce
implementation and documented the Business and Software Requirements.
• Performed detailed analysis of business and technical requirements and designed the solution by
customizing various standard objects of Salesforce.com and other platform-based technologies like
Visualforce, force.com API, and web services.
• used Copado to diagnose and resolve issues in the Salesforce development and release process.
• Implemented (SFCC) platform technology and API to manipulate data, integrate with external
services, creating jobs and developing in Commerce Cloud Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA)
