ADDENDUM No. X TO THE CONTRACT
1. Preamble

The ADDENDUM No. X is attached to and forms part of the Agreement between
XXXXXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX dated XXXXXXXXX.

To the extent that any of the terms or conditions contained in this ADDENDUM may
contradict or conflict with any of the terms or conditions of the attached Agreement, it
is expressly understood and agreed that the terms of this ADDENDUM shall take
precedence over the Agreement.

2 Definitions

“Agreement“ means the Agreement signed between XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and

”Contractor or the Contractor” means XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

All other words, expressions and definitions shall have the same meaning as assigned in
the Agreement.

3. Context of Addendum

3.1 The Contractor has requested for payment of XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

3.2 The Employer and the Contractor now agree to certain modifications to The
Agreement to enable the payment for XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

4. Amendments

The Employer and the Contractor agree to amend the Agreement as follows: -

Agreement dated XXXXXXXXXXXXXX constitute the entire agreement between
the Employer and the Contractor.

5.2 Any parts of the Agreement not expressly modified remain in full force and is
binding.

accordance with the Laws of Mauritius of the day month and year indicated above.
