Minutes of the Regular Monthly Meeting of the Sangguniang Kabataan of


Barangay C.P. Garcia held on the 5th day of October 2024 at C.P. Garcia
Barangay Hall, Gitagum, Misamis Oriental

I. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by the SK Secretary at 5:50 pm
in the evening.
II. OPENING PRAYER
The opening prayer was led by SK Kag. Glyza Brillantes
III. SINGING OF NATIONAL ANTHEM
The singing of National Anthem was led by SK Kag. Rhandulf
Amilao
IV. ROLL CALL
The SK Secretary roll called the SK Members. After the roll
called all present so the presiding officer declared quorum.
V. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FROM THE LAST MEETING
The SK Secretary read the minutes from the previous meeting.
There is no comment from the last meeting so the minutes was
approved.
VI. PREVILEGE TIME
The SK Chairperson expressed her thanks for coming/attending
the meeting for a short period of time.

IX. ADJOURNMENT
SK Kag. Jhondy Abellido move to adjourn the meeting it was duly
seconded by SK Kag. Angelo Saluna
