 Lead the software support team in handling customer support and
executing customer-related ATM development projects, which
involved PACE ATM software customizations.
 Was a key member of the development team involved in the 1/Link
switch conversion project ( HLASM to ANSI ‘C’ on S/370 - CICS ) at
Diebold, Canton – Ohio, primarily working on the ATM Device
Handlers and Key authentication modules.
 Co-ordination with the Diebold ISS team at Canton-Ohio to bring in
new solutions to the Indian market and closely working with the
Singapore team and the Australia team to deliver solutions for
different scenarios faced in the AP region.
 Led a successful task force that oversaw the smooth conversion of
ATM software to become Y2K compliant on all the Diebold ATMs in
India. Wrote a corporate-wide Y2K guide that described the Y2K
problem and defined resolution strategies.
 Developed and implemented ATM software training plans for the
ATM engineers. Maintained a technology update process flow from
HO to the regional offices to ensure that the ATM engineers are
updated on the latest technologies/solutions offered by Diebold,

 Designed and developed cryptographic solutions for HDFC Bank,
Centurion Bank, and ISC for generation of ATM PINs(PIN MAILER,
PINGEN) and generation of PEKEY’s (ATMs) using the NBS DES
Algorithm.
 Designed and developed a PBF-based transaction authorization
(PACE-PBF) application for ABN AMRO, Colombo. This application
was developed on OS/2 and developed with the CSS SDK to
interact with PACE and also had the capability to read from ASCII
data files or DBASE III+(.dbf) format files.
 Designed and developed a card refresh solution for MERCARD,
India to convert the customer Oracle data records into the required
format (.dbf & ISO track I/II/III) for Logica card processing unit to
print the cards.
