 Report to School/Preparations for the Flag Ceremony


6:40 -7:10: AM  Arrival/Morning routine/Quick meets with teachers and learners

 Attend/observe the conduct of flag ceremony and school wellness (Galaw Pilipinas)
 Give updates and information
 Monitors Grade Level Areas and supervised the cleanliness boundary to boundary by Grade Level
 Oversees Grade Level Flag Ceremony inside classroom
7:10 -7:30 AM
 Observe the implementation of Drop Everything and Read (DEAR) session by Grade Level
 Supervises the presence of Kinder and some Grade 1 Parents inside school premises
 Do Pre-Conference to some teachers be conducted Classroom Observation
 Evaluate submitted DLL or weekly Learning Plan specifically those implementing Matatag Curriculum (Kinder, Grade 1 and
Grade 4)
 Monitor the implementation of learning delivery and learning assessment
(formative and summative)
 Monitor teacher’s attendance in their First Period
7:30 - 8:50 AM
 Supervises implementation of actual teaching delivery in their scheduled time specifically the Grade 3 to 6 applying
departamentalized teaching.
 Conducts or visit Classes whether announced, unannounced or monitoring by walking alone (MBWA)
 Observes Classes the implementation of actual teaching delivery to those teachers conducted pre-conference or by
unannounced observation whether K to 10 Curriculum or MATATAG Curriculum implementation of classes.

8:50 – 9:00 AM Supervised RECESS

 Asses teachers in their teaching methods and the interaction of learners with their lesson delivery thru MBWA, announced
and unannounced visit.
9:00 – 10:00 AM  Conduct MBWA per Grade Level to check both the readiness of pupils and teachers to next subject after recess time if they
started on time

 Observes teachers to have outdoor activities aligned to the competencies

 Informs the concerned teacher for the Monthly Spot test thru GC and do a private message to the  Conduct spot test
assigned teacher selected Grade level for random Spot test intervention. in one of the K to
 Collects 5 questions for Key Stage 1 (K to 3) and in higher Grade Level (Grade 4 to 6) for the Spot 3 Grade level
test leaners randomly
10:00 – 11:30 AM
 Check and give feedbacks with the submitted 5 items Spot Test in Questions per learning area in  Give Spot test in
Kinder to Grade 6 (English, Math, Science and Filipino) once in a quarter Grade 4 to 6
 Check and give feedbacks also in Araling Panlipunan, EPP, MAPEH and GMRC once in a quarter
11:30 AM – 12:00 PM LUNCH BREAK

12:00 – 1:00 PM Entertain queries among teachers/other personnel/parents/stakeholders

 Checks outdoor
 Checks learners’ readiness for first learning engagement inside the classroom per grade level activities or
 Continue evaluate the activity design and matrix for the intervention aligned to Literacy Enrichment formative test
1:00 – 1:45 PM Attainable Performance ( LEAP)  Monitor the
progress of the
implementation
of LEAP

 Visits the SLAC or DepEd Romblon for any Division Memorandums floated
 Makes any School Memorandums for teachers’ guidance/direction
 Crafts, distributes randomly and collects learners feedback in their learning experiences in Grade 3 to Grade 6 pupils towards
1:45-2:40 PM their teachers’ lesson delivery
 Checks and examines submitted LAC Action Plan with its topics for every monthly session
 Evaluates the submitted intervention for the result of ECDC/PHIL-IRI/CRLA/MFAT and RMA

 Coordinates and supervises K to 6 teachers on the next learning engagement and NMP or NRP Supervises Friday
implementations specifically the management of MATATAG Curriculum learning Activities
2:40 – 3:40 PM  Coordinates K to 3 teachers for the MFAT implementation to those learners with manifested learning
disabilities
 Conducts collaborative expertise sessions during Monday and Thursday
 Monitors the conduct of intervention, curricular and culminating activities
3:40- 4:40 PM  Strengthen and give emphasis the outdoor activities for the learning areas with localization/indigenization in all subject areas
 Promote Larong Lahi in Physical Education as one of the outdoor activities to Grade 4 to 6 learners

4:40 – 5:00 PM  Facilitates/Leads in the conduct of Inspection of the school campus, the classrooms, and other school facilities to ensure that
before the teachers and non-teaching staff leave, everything is in order and applied clean as we go (clawgo).
