o Worked in Discoverer, APEX and QLIK upgrade Reports
o Prices for Hardware and Subscription products to be created and maintained in Manage
Prices
o Using Fiori App , Sales Order Creations ,Solution Contracts performed.
o In Master Data-Maintain Business Partner with different Business Roles to be
maintained .

Work on Configurations, ODI, AVC, Contract Change management and CCM.

o Creating a flow for ODI steps in SAP GUI


o ODI is the step for Subscription Contract-were Subscription Products flow to
downstream systems (CC,CI and FICA) and Hardware Products go to SD billing for
delivery and PGI
o AVC-Advance Variant Configuration: In SAP BRIM we have a bundle product , In this we
can have Onetime,recurring and usage products.
o For these products we have different characteristics and created a variant to provide a
compound /combination to the customer.
o Contract Change Process- Product change , Configuration change, cancellation of
contract worked in SAP GUI and Front end interface.

In CI and FICA- Billing and Invoicing the Contracts

o Readiness of the Master Data for BIT’s in CI , configure the BIT class and CIT class in SAP
GUI
o All Unrated consumption items will be rated and the CIT class is configured.
o Billable Items configuration setup for onetime, usage and recurring.
o BIT discount calculation configuration.
o To bill the BITs , Main transaction and Sub transaction created for billing in SAP CI
o FKKBIXBIT_MON provides this facility for billing and invoicing the BITs
o Have set up the Dates and Time of billing for the BITs
o Partners data setup and creating the partner BP’s for settlement.
o In vendor management partner setup has done with required business roles.
o Bill to, ship to and payer partners created for Partner settlement process
o Intercompany (ICO) settlement via ICO BITs generated with SAP GUI configuration.
o Created Bank Keys for Business Partners .
o Tax codes and Tax classification prepared for different countries.
o Withholding Tax parameters created for the specific countries to settle the amount the
parent company.
o Created a FS for BP will create the ICO bits ,were as values will be settled with the billing
o Post Invoicing Documents , created the requirements for integration for XML document
generation .
o Invoice will be generated in PDF , corrected the required format as per the customer
reuirement.
