NOTE:
I. The User is solely responsible for the details entered during registration. The Department will not be
responsible for the errors at the User-end. Also, check the details thoroughly before submitting as the
System does not allow Re-registration.
II. In case of a problem, the user may click on the help icon ( ) to view the user manual or may
submit his/her queries at “Technical Assistance” available on employment web portal
III. Timeline: - Registration certificate will be available immediately after successful registration on the web
portal

3. VALIDATION OF EXISTING REGISTRATION (Available till 31/07/2009)
Click on the link “online services for directorate of employment” at
https://onlineemploymentportal.delhi.gov.in
Click on “Validating Existing Data”
Read the instructions carefully and click on the “Confirm & Update” button.
Enter existing registration details. All fields are mandatory. Even after entering all the fields, if your
existing details are not retrieved, please contact the Directorate.
If details are retrieved, they will be displayed on top of the webpage and in the respective fields.
Verify the existing data, update wrong entries
Enter/Select other required fields and click on ‘Continue’.
Enter the Qualification, Skill set, Experience, National & International Language.

While entering, remember the following:
The data added to the list will be submitted. Only selection of data does not mean that data
will be submitted.
After selecting the data you must click on the “ADD” button.
You can enter a maximum of 10 records in skill.
The Skill set is an auto-complete field, wait to populate. As you will type data field will be
populated and you have to select from the appearing list by clicking on desired data.

Select Role “Candidate” in the Login As field.
Enter the User ID provided in the Registered Email Id.
Enter the password.
Click on the “Login” button.
If all details are correct, the menu will appear; else Error message will bedisplayed on
the screen
6. FACILITY AVAILABLE AFTER LOGIN: Once you are successfully Logged In, the menu will
appear. On each page, the menu icon is displayed at the top left corner of the page. Anytime, it can be
clicked to return to the Menu.

7. Employer registration form:- Employer can register himself through this form

1) The employer has to register first, and then only he/she can create a vacancy.
2) Enter Organization Name.
3) Select Organization Type.
4) Enter Contact details of Employer i.e., Contact Person Name, Designation, email id, Mobile no., Address etc.
5) Click on get email OTP You will get email OTP on your email id then please enter the OTP
6) Fill the OTP
7) Click for mobile OTP
8) You will get mobile OTP on your mobile number then please enter the OTP
9) Click on submit button.
10) The login credentials of the employer will be sent to his registered email address.

For the creation of a vacancy employer must click on create vacancy option

Employers can view the vacancy details by clicking on the Vacancy Details option on the side bar
menu
Employer can download sponsorship details by clicking on view sponsor list at status.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION
Instruction Page: It gives the instructions for candidates before registration. It has a button for registering.

Registration Page: It is the Registration Page for new Candidate.
BASIC INFORMATION
1. Fill in the Basic details:
a. Enter First Name (Mandatory)
b. Enter Middle Name (Optional)
c. Enter Last Name (Optional)
d. Enter Father’s Name (Mandatory)
e. Enter Mother’s Name (Mandatory)
f. Select Date of Birth (Mandatory)
g. Select Gender (Mandatory)
h. Select Marital Status (Mandatory)
i. Select Area i.e. Rural/ Urban (Mandatory)
j. Select Religion (Mandatory)

k. Select Category (Mandatory); If not general category then
i. Enter Caste Certificate No. (Mandatory)
ii. Enter Certificate Issuing Authority. (Mandatory)
l. If disabled; select ‘Yes’
i. Select Type of Disability (Mandatory)

a. Give the Correspondence Address in Delhi State only.
i. Enter the Locality name (Mandatory)
ii. Enter the PIN Code of the area. (Mandatory)
iii. To search for the Pin Code Click on the link Search PIN.
iv. Enter the mobile no. (Mandatory).
v. Enter the e-mail id. (Mandatory).
vi. Enter the Landline No. (Optional).
4. If the Permanent Address is the same as the Correspondence Address, click on ‘Same as
Correspondence Address’
a. If the Permanent Address is the same as the Correspondence Address, click on ‘Same as the
Correspondence Address’.
b. If the Candidate belongs to a State other than Delhi then, Give the Permanent Address.
i. Enter the Address e.g. House/ Flat /street/ Block No. (Mandatory)
ii. Enter the Locality name (Mandatory)
iii. Select the State. (Mandatory)
iv. Enter the PIN Code of the area. (Mandatory)
v. Enter the mobile no. (Mandatory).
vi. Enter the city (Mandatory)

5. OTP VERIFICATION
i. Click on get email OTP You will get email OTP on your email id then please enter the OTP
ii. Fill the OTP
iii. Click for mobile OTP
iv. You will get mobile OTP on your mobile number then please enter the OTP
v. Tick on the check box (I agree to MY Date of Birth) and click on submit button

c. Fill the National Language’s Known (Optional)
a. Select the language (Mandatory) from the language set.
b. Select/leave Read.
c. Select/leave Write.
d. Select/leave Speak.
e. Select/leave the all.
f. Click on the “Add language” button on screen for addition of National Language to the list.
g. Only the National Language added to list will be submitted. Thus it is must to click on “Add
language” Button after entering/selection of details.

12. Print Certificate :- This is used to generate the print of the certificate
a. Click on the print Button to print the certificate
b. The certificate will have Registration No., and all the details of Registration which you have added on
your registration form

13. Sponsorship: - In this option, you will get your sponsorship details, Click on sponsorship to get
sponsorship detail (To check where your name is sponsor and to whom your name has been sent].
