INSTRUCTION (TUTORIAL) TO CANDIDATE: ONBOARDING PROCESS IN HRMS

Prerequisite:

 Stable internet connection


 Laptop/ Desktop (Recommended to use)
 Google Chrome Browser
 Qualifictaion certicates as you need to upload details and copy of these (provission or
convocation/original certificate is mandatory)
 Address proof, ID proof as you need to upload copy of these
 Previous work experience documents if applicable.

Note:

 The details shown below are used for representation purpose and are not the actual one.
 Ensure that details are correct as it is used for various benefits and analysis, wherever
applicable.
 Field with asterisk (*) mark are mandatory.
 Kindly fill all the fields been asked and some of the important filed fields have been shown
below.
 Mobile scanning of documents like education certificate, ID proof is only required if it is
legible
 We will send the instruction your registered personal email id (Gmail, yahoo etc.,)
 Kindly check your junk (spam) mail, in case if you did not receive any mail.

Step 01: check your registered personal email id for accesing the credentails which we
have sent to you for log in for HRMS (HR Saathi) for Onbaording process

STEP 2: - Enter your Username and password to sign in.

Username: your personal email id

Password: Already created by you while you sign in for accepting offer

If you have forgotten your password then you can reset by clicking forgot password where OTP
comes to both email id and Mobile option there

If you are log in to the HRMS site for the first and there is no login credential available then you have
an option for Sign Up

STEP 03: - CLICK ‘START YOUR ONBOARDING PROCESS’

1) In the bottom of the page you can see an option for downloading BGV format which is to be
printed, filled, signed, scanned and uploaded in the site in subsequent stages

2) In the bottom of the page you can see an option for starting on baording process “START
YOUR ONBOARDING PROCESS”

Onboarding process
STEP 04: - It will take you to onboarding page.

 Start your on boarding process by filling the biographical information been asked. Some of the
important highlighted with an arrow symbol, ( )
Enter your voter id number.

Upload voter ID here.

STEP 05: - Enter your contact information.

 Fill your current address details if any, as shown below.

 In case if you don’t have any other current address proof other than Aadhaar card, please don’t
upload that. Instead, you can write letter requesting to consider the same, format in Annexure-
A
STEP 06: - Enter your family (father, mother, wife/husband) details as shown below. (By clicking
ADD button u can add these details.)

STEP 07: Enter the true and available Emergency contact details as these details will be contacted
on emergency case.
STEP 08: - Enter your all your necessary qualification details till your highest qualification and
upload the documents as shown below.

STEP 09:- Enter your past work experience. ( FRESHERS can ignore this page, since you will not be
able to view this past work experience page)

Please enter your Experience details, Atleast last 2 companies which includes current
company and previous companies, if any by clicking the tick box ( ) )

Freshers can ignore this page

STEP 10:- Enter your immediate previous organisation,if you are presnetly employed ( notice period
also) additional details

Enter your UAN number.

Upload your relieving letter

STEP 11:- Enter your last but one previous orginasational additional details if any, such as upload
your relieving letter, reaons for leaving, supervisor details and EPF details and upload

PF passbook)

STEP 12: - Kindly go through the policies (Code of conduct, POSH policy, whistle-blower policy,
media& social media guidelines, Insider trading and non-trading during office hours) mentioned
below

click agree to signoff and to go next step.


STEP 13:- Enter your relative details if any by filling fields or skip.

major life events, criminal records, BGV consent and medical fitness and declaration.
