Step 01: check your registered personal email id for accesing the credentails which we
have sent to you for log in for HRMS (HR Saathi) for Onbaording process
Password: Already created by you while you sign in for accepting offer
If you have forgotten your password then you can reset by clicking forgot password where OTP
comes to both email id and Mobile option there
If you are log in to the HRMS site for the first and there is no login credential available then you have
an option for Sign Up
1) In the bottom of the page you can see an option for downloading BGV format which is to be
printed, filled, signed, scanned and uploaded in the site in subsequent stages
2) In the bottom of the page you can see an option for starting on baording process “START
YOUR ONBOARDING PROCESS”
Start your on boarding process by filling the biographical information been asked. Some of the
important highlighted with an arrow symbol, ( )
Enter your voter id number.
In case if you don’t have any other current address proof other than Aadhaar card, please don’t
upload that. Instead, you can write letter requesting to consider the same, format in Annexure-
A
STEP 06: - Enter your family (father, mother, wife/husband) details as shown below. (By clicking
ADD button u can add these details.)
STEP 07: Enter the true and available Emergency contact details as these details will be contacted
on emergency case.
STEP 08: - Enter your all your necessary qualification details till your highest qualification and
upload the documents as shown below.

STEP 09:- Enter your past work experience. ( FRESHERS can ignore this page, since you will not be
able to view this past work experience page)
