Describe a photograph you like in your room

_ What the photo is about

The picture captured the memory of my family when I was 12  priceless
possession to me and I would like to keep it with me for the rest of my life.
_ Who took that photo:
We haven’t taken any family photo since my lil brother was born. Until one day he
grew up enough, my parents decided to go to a studio and take a family picture.
_ Where you put it at home
We put it in the living room so that we can always see it when we return home.
_ And explain how you feel about it
This hold a special place in my heart.
Every time I see this picture, I’d always feel so nostalgic, just so vividly that it
reminds me of how close-knit our family was and how joyful of the moment we
had that day.
The other reason why this photograph is unique to me is that it was our last happy
family picture. Now, my father has to work far from my house so we don’t have
any pics together.
At home, prepare your ideas for the statements below (Do you agree, disagree or
stay on the fence?)
* Some vocab:
Appealing (adj): attractive or interesting.
Statement 1: Photos that have been edited with software or other filters are
always better than the originals.
I think it depends. Some people may prefer edited photos as they have been
enhanced or added some filters in a way that makes them more visually appealing,
while others may prefer the authenticity of the original photo. Therefore, the appeal
of a photo is subjective and can vary from person to person.
Statement 2: We have to be artistic to take a good photo.
I believe that it’s unnecessary to be artistic to take a good photo. This is because
there are many technical aspects and principles of composition that can be learned
to improve the quality of your photos. However, developing an artistic eye can also
help you capture unique perspectives, tell stories, and share feelings through your
photos.
Statement 3: Studying fine arts should be compulsory at school.
From my perspective, the decision about whether or not to make fine arts classes
compulsory will likely depend on the specific needs and goals of the school and its
students. On the one hand, these kinds of class can help children to develop their
creativity and serve as a form of self-expression. In terms of the drawbacks, fine
arts classes are not as important as other subjects, such as math and science so
schools should focus on preparing students for more practical careers.
Statement 4: Taking photos with cameras has more benefits than with mobile
phones. (high-quality camera)
For me, it is based on the specific needs and preferences of that person. A
dedicated camera would do better for the image's quality and some necessary tools
for a professional photo, which means it can capture sharper images with better
color even in a low-light performance. Despite these advantages, mobile phones
have made significant advancements in camera technology nowadays. They offer
convenience, hi-res and high sharpness, which makes them popular choices for
people to carry anywhere.
Also, we'll have a debate related to this question "Is Photography Art?" so you
have to think of some reasons (on both sides, Yes and No) to support your idea.

For me, photography can certainly be considered an art as it involves the use of
creative composition, lightning, and some other aspects to create a visually striking
image. Besides, while it is true that photography uses a mechanical device to
capture the picture, it is still the photographer’s artistic vision and skill that
determines how the final image will look.
Many photographers use their cameras as a tool to express their artistic vision,
just like painters use their brushes. Additionally, many photographers engage in
post-processing techniques such as editing, cropping and filtering to further
enhance the final image. Photography has become increasingly recognized as a
form of art. It has its own museums, galleries, and exhibitions, and many
photographers have become famous for their work.
