1. Project lifecycle and objective(s) <benefits and pitfalls of AI in BUV for
students>
- Trình bày lí thuyết của lifecycle và áp dụng vào dự án của mình
- Objective của dự án: Đối tượng nghiên cứu, khách thể nghiên cứu, phạm vi (tg,
địa điểm)
- 2 phương pháp định tính và định lượng:
+ định tính: chủ tính của thiêt kế một bảng hỏi gồm các câu hỏi pvan sâu để trả
lời (30-40c), có đc dữ liệu => chuyển sang ngôn ngữ văn bản. Sau đó phân
tích, những mảng AI nào đag hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp? những lợi ích chính mà AI
giúp doanh nghiệp là gì? lợi ích ấy thể hiện qua chỉ tiêu nào? (chọn người có
kiến thức tổng quát về mọi mặt)
+ định lượng: thiết kế một bảng hỏi khảo sát (có các mức độ đồng ý), gửi để có
30-50 responses.

2. WBS and Gantt chart


In this section, you are expected to present WBS and Gantt chart that visualize your
project as a whole. They help you better manage and monitor your research project.
WBS goes first and then you need to present Gantt chart!
Notes: you should remember that: if you want to break one node, remember to produce at
least 2 smaller nodes for it. WBS and Gantt chart must be consistent (activities in WBS
need to be included in Gantt chart, particularly the bottom nodes – lowest level
activities). You must sequence the activities before you put them in Gantt chart.
3. Resource and cost
You should imagine the cost and the resources available for your project.
