Randolph B. Tortola, Ph.D. CESO V

Schools Division Superintendent
El Salvador City Division

Dear Sir Tortola:

Greetings of Peace!
I am writing to respectfully request your assistance in obtaining additional chairs for our
school due to the current state of our existing chairs. Unfortunately, many of our chairs
have become damaged and are no longer suitable for use. This has created a significant
issue for our students, teachers, and staff as they struggle to find suitable seating during
lessons and meetings.

Our school has been diligently trying to maintain our facilities and equipment, but the
wear and tear on our chairs has exceeded our expectations. Despite our best efforts to
repair and refurbish them, many of the chairs are beyond salvageable and are now in dire
need of replacement. We kindly request your consideration for providing additional chairs
to support the needs of our students and staff. A sufficient number of comfortable and
functional chairs will greatly enhance the learning environment and promote a positive
and productive atmosphere. We believe that this will ultimately benefit not only the
students but also the overall well-being and morale of our staff.

We would appreciate any guidance or support you can offer in this matter. We are
committed to providing a safe and conducive learning environment for all students, and
we believe that this request is essential in achieving this goal.

Thank you for your time and consideration. We look forward to your response and hope
that we can work together to address this pressing issue.

Sincerely,

IAN KHAY H. CASTRO

HON. EDWIN M. MANA

Barangay Captain
Poblacion, El Salvador City

Dear Hon. Captain Mana:

Greetings!
I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to respectfully
request for your assistance in addressing a pressing concern at our school, El Salvador
City Central School. As you may be aware, our school has been facing a severe shortage
of chairs, which has been affecting the learning environment and overall academic
performance of our students.
In an effort to address this issue, we have identified an opportunity to transport chairs
from two nearby schools, Himaya National High School and Kalabaylabay Integrated
School, which have surplus chairs that are no longer needed. However, we require your
assistance in securing a vehicle and manpower to facilitate the transportation of these
chairs to our school. We estimate that the total number of chairs needed is more or less a
hundred and we believe that the transportation of these chairs will greatly alleviate the
shortage at our school. We are confident that with your help, we can complete this task
efficiently and effectively.
We kindly request that you provide us with a vehicle and a team of personnel to assist us
in transporting the chairs from the two mentioned schools to El Salvador City Central
School. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated and would go a long way in
ensuring that our students have a conducive learning environment.
Please let us know if this is feasible andwe are willing to work with you to make this
arrangement as smooth as possible.
Thank you for considering our request. We look forward to hearing back from you soon.
Sincerely,

IAN KHAY H. CASTRO
