Ma’am,
Greetings!
It is with great knowledge among all of us that we have all been challenged by the continuing threat of
the Pandemic, but as Filipinos as we are, we have fought the battle with resilience and hope.
We are on the verge of overcoming this pandemic through the unyielding efforts of our National,
Provincial and Local Government Officials and of course the unending support of the different
government agencies/offices.
Gradually, we are already gaining pace of obtaining our normal lives back and the Department of
Education has already taken steps of continuing the goal of providing holistic educational development to
our learners by conducting the Limited Face-to-Face classes in all school levels. Hence, preparations have
already started in all the schools to ensure a safe and secure conduct of the said agenda. On the other hand,
our school always deals an unpleasant muddy school environment during heavy rains. This has always
been a recurring situation that could threaten the health of teachers, parents, and students because the
water becomes stagnant where mosquitoes breed their eggs.
Hence, we, at Manapa II Integrated School, would like to ask your good office to extend your
support and assistance in this endeavor through the provision of two (2) truckloads of sand and gravel for
ground leveling to solve the existing condition of the aforementioned school.
I express my gratitude for always collaborating with us in ensuring meaningful milieu of learning
to the learners.
