 “Good morning, everyone!

 Welcome to ORAS EAST DISTRICT SPED CENTER’s IST HPTA


GENERAL Assembly.
 We’re so glad to see such a wonderful turnout of parents, teachers,
this morning.
 Your presence here reflects your dedication to the growth and
development of our PUPILS.
 As the adage goes,” It takes a village to educate a child”.
 Today, we are that village-working together to the provide guidance
and support that our children need to reach their full potential.
Thank you for being part of this important journey.
 To start our program with grace and blessings, let us bow our heads
for the opening prayer. Please join Maam Leticia L. Chicano in
leading us in prayer.
After Prayer]Emcee:
 “Thank you, Maam Letty for that heartfelt prayer.
 It’s truly important that we begin with a moment of reflection, as we
focus on our shared mission.
 To officially welcome everyone, let us now hear from our beloved
President of the Teachers’ Association of Oras EASt SPED Center .
 Please give a warm round of applause for Sir Marlon Maestre, as he
deliver the welcome message.
After Welcome Message
 “Thank you, Sir Marlon , for those inspiring words.
 It’s great to be reminded of our shared purpose in supporting the
education of our children.
 Next, let us all rise for a unifying moment as we sing our community
song together.
 Let us Join Ma’am Rowena Menzon as she led the community song .

“Thank you, everyone, for participating in that uplifting moment.
 Now, let’s move on to the checking of attendance.
 We want to ensure that we have everyone accounted for today.
 We call on sir Felipe Balena, our Facilitator in checking the
attendance with maam Orange and Maam Aileen as the recorder

 “Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring that we have all
attendees listed.
 It’s important that we stay connected as a community.
 Now, to enlighten us with an overview of the school’s progress and
future directions, we would like to invite our dynamic and dedicated
school principal, to deliver a message. Let’s give a warm round of
applause for MAam Jazmin J. Jongco
After Principal's Message Emcee:
 Thank you, Maam Jazmin for that insightful and motivating
message.
 We appreciate your leadership and commitment to the success of
our school.
 At this point, we will now discuss the protocols for requesting
learners’ data, which is an important topic for the security and
privacy of our students.
 Please welcome Sir Armenio JONGCO Jr , the LIS Coordinator and
record officer, to guide us through the procedures.
After Protocols on Requesting Learners' Data Emcee:
 Thank you, sir Jun for clearly outlining the steps and policies we
must follow to ensure the confidentiality and safety of our students'
information.
 Next, we’ll be discussing the health and nutrition services available
to our students.
 These services are vital to their overall well-being and success in
school.
 To give us more information, let’s welcome Maam Emilia V. Tagab
our school nurse .

After Health and Nutrition Services DiscussionEmcee:


 “Thank you, Nurse bimbim, for that important update on the health
and nutrition services.
 Our children’s well-being is indeed a top priority, and we appreciate
all the efforts made to support them in this area.
 We will now proceed with the election of new officers for our Parents-
Teacher Association.
 This is a crucial part of today’s agenda, as the elected officers will
represent us in working closely with the school administration for the
benefit of our children.
 [Explain the election process briefly ) let us welcome sir Ismael M.
Tejas JR to facilitate the election

 We may request our new sets of officers for this sy 2024-2025 to
stand in front once your name is called ( read the names)
 Congratulations to our newly elected officers!
 We look forward to working with you and are confident that you will
represent us well in making positive changes for our children and the
school community.
 AT this juncture, we will open the floor for an open forum for the
planning of our Mass Induction.
 If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions, this is the time
to share them.
 We encourage everyone to participate and engage in this
meaningful discussion.
 Please raise your hand, and we will come to you with a microphone.

 Thank you for your active participation in the open forum.
 It’s through conversations like these that we can address concerns
and collaborate effectively.
 Now, let us call our former FPTA president, Madam Meldred
Montallana, to share with us the projects and accomplishments of
previous FPTA officers, a big hand please.

 Thank you maam Meldred , we are indebted for your active
leadership as the former FPTA president, and we also grateful for
the other officers for working together to help our school.
 This time, let us hear the words of acknowledgement from Sir Ismael
M. Tejas Jr.

 we would like to take this moment to acknowledge everyone who
made this event possible.
