Dear Schools Division Superintendent,

I am writing to formally request a transfer of my school assignment from Casamongan Integrated


School. I am Analyn Ausa Padre, a 34-year-old borrowed teacher at Casamongan Integrated School with
original assignment at Pedro C. Sese Sr. Memorial High School. My current assignment requires a daily
commute of 38 kilometers from my home in Ubo, Balud, Masbate, to Casamongan Integrated School.
This arduous journey has created significant hardships, impacting my health, finances, and family life.

My request is based on the following compelling reasons:

- Family Responsibilities: As a mother with elderly parents requiring care, the long commute prevents
me from adequately fulfilling my family obligations.

- Financial Strain: The 38-kilometer daily commute incurs substantial costs. I spend approximately
₱7,000 monthly on fuel, tire replacements, and motorcycle repairs. This financial burden has led to
significant debt. My husband, who currently drives me, is unable to secure stable employment due to
the four hours daily spent on transportation.

- Health Concerns: The long and often difficult journey over rocky, slippery hills has resulted in several
motorcycle accidents and persistent back pain. This significantly impacts my physical well-being and
teaching effectiveness.
- Years of Extensive Travel: My seven years of service have included a 6.3-year assignment at Baleno
National High School, followed by nine months at Casamongan Integrated School. This extensive travel
has taken a toll on my health and personal life.

Therefore, I respectfully request a transfer to one of the following schools, listed in order of preference:

1. Ubo Integrated School: This school is within walking distance of my home, offering the most
convenient and sustainable solution.

2. Pedro C. Sese Sr. Memorial High School: My original school assignment. I am willing to explore a
potential swap with Mrs. Anabelle Iso of Ubo Integrated School to facilitate this transfer.

3. Palani Integrated School

4. Balud National High School

5. Nicasio Descalzo Memorial School: While an elementary school, its proximity would significantly
improve my situation. (Only include if applicable to your grade level)

A transfer to a closer school would allow me to be a more efficient and productive teacher, while also
allowing me to better balance my professional and personal responsibilities. I am available to discuss
this matter further at your earliest convenience.
