Warm and respectful greetings!

I am Jane Angelica Lagarto, Teacher III at Magtaon Elementary School, Mapanas District, where
I have been teaching Grade Three for the past nine (9) years with utmost dedication and
commitment to quality education
I am writing to respectfully express my intent to request a transfer from my current assignment
in Magtaon Elementary School, Mapanas District, to any nearby school within the Allen District,
Allen, Northern Samar. This request is made in accordance with DepEd Order No. 22, s. 2013,
and is based on the following justifiable reasons:
1. I have rendered nine (9) years of continuous and faithful service in my present station,
contributing meaningfully to the academic and personal growth of my learners.
2. I am a bona fide resident and registered voter of Barangay Kinaguitman, Allen, Northern
Samar. A transfer closer to home will allow me to serve more actively and efficiently in
my own community, including extending services even beyond official working hours,
and ensure safer and more manageable daily travel.
3. I am a nursing mother to a three-year-old child who needs my presence, guidance, and
care during these formative years. Being assigned to a school near my residence would
greatly support my role as a parent, reduce travel time and expenses, and improve my
overall well-being—allowing me to continue delivering quality service without
compromising my family responsibilities.
In light of these reasons, I earnestly appeal to your kind consideration of my request for
transfer. I am hopeful for your understanding and support, and I assure you of my continued
dedication and professionalism wherever I may be assigned.
Thank you very much, and may God continue to bless your leadership and service.
