1. Study in India Project

● Planned and executed Inbound Marketing, Lead Nurturing, Marketing Funnel strategy, and Go-To Market
strategy for 50+ countries, resulting in 2.5x increase in international student enrollments.
● Developed and implemented Outbound Marketing strategy for countries like Nepal, Vietnam, Cambodia,
Bangladesh and Tanzania.
● Led E2E operations for Ind-SAT Examination across 136 institutes, spearheading social media marketing,
application brochure documentation, and sponsorships for Study in India scholarships.
● Managed 500+ domestic stakeholders from premier institutes like IIMs, IITs and NITs and ministries of gov
of India to streamline the inbound flow of international students and enhance E2E project delivery.
● Led comprehensive onboarding, capacity enhancement, recruitment and placement activities for Call
Centre/BPO agencies by execution of proposals, and RFPs.
● Planned and implemented E2E management of education fairs, workshops and webinars.
● Prepared BRD for architecture for Scholarship Disbursal Software (SIITrackS) to ensure efficient tracking
and management, and handled the partner payments of upto Rs. 250+ crores to educational institutes

2. MoE Projects

● Project 1: Led E2E recruitment drive for various Ministry projects


○ Formulated recruitment strategies and job description for 20+ recruitment drives.
○ Prepared BRD for engaging vendor for preparing online portal for collecting candidate application
○ Managed E2E recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing and
onboarding for 500+ candidates
○ Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

● Project 2 : NMMSS Project – Scholarship project for girl students


○ Led the implementation of the project under the Ministry of Education, managing all phases from
planning, budgeting, and execution to ensure smooth project delivery.
○ Received Letter of Recommendation from Joint Secretary, MoE (Projects)
○ Organized and facilitated project meetings with state and UT officials, while liaising with senior
MoE officials for fund release, service agreements, and administrative approvals.

workshops, and travel arrangements for officials, while overseeing timely vendor payments and
reimbursements.
