A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE NEWLY ELECTED PUNONG BARANGAY


GENE S. DELA CRUZ AND NEWLY APPOINTED BRGY. TREASURER RUTH ANN P.
BADILLO MAKE DEPOSIT, WITHDRAW, AND TRANSACT BUSINESS TO THE
LANDBANK OF THE PHILIPPINES CAMILING BRANCH, CAMILING TARLAC OR IN
BEHALF OF THE BARANGAY.

WHEREAS: the NEW LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE OF 1991 allocates more power
functions, responsibilities and resources among Local Government Units or in other words
decentralization

WHEREAS: appointment of RUTH ANN P. BADILLO as Barangay Treasurer.

NOW THEREFORE, on joint motion and sponsorship;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY authorized as this body hereby respectfully authorizes the Punong
Barangay HON. GENE S. DELA CRUZ and Barangay Treasurer RUTH ANN P. BADILLO of
Barangay San Jose with the Barangay Account No. 2622-1006-68 to update account, deposit,
withdraw, and transact business to the LANDBANK of the PHILIPPINES, Camiling Branch,
Camiling , Tarlac.

RESOLVED FINALLY;, that copies of this resolution be furnished to all concerned for their information,
guidance and appropriate action;
