Overview of the Neutralization Workshop
1.1车间的主要任务及作业区域:
(1) 203子项为浸出矿浆浓密机、浸出渣CCD洗涤工序。

Centrifugal compressors are mainly used for supplying process air for neutral
ization and leaching, primary and secondary neutralization and iron removal, nic
kel-cobalt precipitation, and tailings neutralization. Oil-injected screw compressor
s are used for miscellaneous air in the smelting plant, primarily for stirring in sew
age tanks and purging during shutdown of the fourth compartment of the high-pr
essure acid leaching process. Oil-free screw compressors are used for instrument
air and valve operation in the smelting plant.

9.1 启泵准备 Pump start preparation
(1)清理离心泵周围的障碍物;Clear obstacles around the centrifugal pump;
(2)检查离心泵进口管过滤器滤网是否正常,有无堵塞现象;
