1 中和车间概况
Overview of the Neutralization Workshop
1.1车间的主要任务及作业区域:

Main Tasks and Work Areas of the Workshop:

(1) 203子项为浸出矿浆浓密机、浸出渣CCD洗涤工序。

Sub-item 203 includes the leaching slurry thickener and the CCD

washing process for leaching residue

接收高压酸浸车间202子项闪蒸后矿浆分别进入2台φ42米×6米材质为2205的浸出浓密分离浓密机,浓密分离后溢流送往204子项常压浸

出槽头槽、浸出浓密底流送往两组共计10台203子项五次CCD逆流洗涤浓密机(共计两个系列,φ42米×6米,材质为2205的浸出渣浓密

机);浸出CCD浓密洗涤首槽溢流送往204子项一段除铁铝头槽,末次CCD浓密机底流送往尾渣车间210子项尾渣中和槽,末次CCD浓密机接收来

自220子项贫液贮槽、高压酸浸车间202子项高压酸浸洗液作为洗水。

After receiving the flash-steamed slurry from sub-item 202 of the high-pressure

acid leaching workshop, it is sent to two leaching thickener-separators with

dimensions of φ42 meters × 6 meters made of 2205 material. The overflow after

thickening separation is sent to the head tank of the atmospheric leaching tank of

sub-item 204, while the thickened underflow is sent to two groups of ten five-stage

CCD countercurrent washing thickeners of sub-item 203 (a total of two series, φ42

meters × 6 meters, made of 2205 material leaching residue thickeners). The overflow

from the first tank of the CCD thickening and washing process is sent to the iron and

aluminum removal head tank of sub-item 204, and the underflow from the final CCD

thickener is sent to the tailings neutralization tank of sub-item 210 in the tailings

workshop. The final CCD thickener receives wash water from the barren solution

storage tank of sub-item 220 and the high-pressure acid leaching wash solution from

sub-item 202 of the high-pressure acid leaching workshop.

(2) 204子项为一段、二段除铁铝,常压浸出及预中和工序。

Sub-item 204 includes the first and second stages of iron and

aluminum removal, atmospheric leaching, and pre-neutralization

processes.
接收选矿厂126子项残积矿浆(进入2台常压浸出给料槽加入元明粉)、203子项浸出浓密分离矿浆溢流、205子项二段除铁铝浓密底流、二段沉

镍钴底流(产品车间208二段沉镍钴浓密机底流)共同送往在常压浸出头槽,自流(溜槽)进入5台串联常压浸出槽内(分别为φ15米×18米的2台,

φ15米×17.5米的3台,材质均为2205) ,在1#、2#槽内加入浓硫酸、通入蒸汽及提升空气。常压浸出矿浆自流(溜槽)进入 4台串联预中

和槽槽内 (分别为φ15米×18米的2台和φ15米×17.5米的 2台,材质均为2205),在1#、2#、4#槽内选择性加入石灰石浆,控

制终点ph1.5-2.0,进入2台常压浸出预中和泵槽经输送泵送入一段除铁铝头槽,自流至11台串联的一段除铁铝槽内(分别为φ17米×25.5米的

5台和φ17米×25米的6 台,材质均为2205) ,反应后由末槽自流(溜槽)进入205子项一段除铁铝浓密机。

The residual slurry from sub-item 126 of the beneficiation plant (which enters two

atmospheric leaching feed tanks where sodium sulfate is added), the overflow of the

leaching thickener-separator slurry from sub-item 203, the thickener underflow from

the second stage iron and aluminum removal of sub-item 205, and the underflow

from the second stage nickel-cobalt precipitation (the underflow from the second

stage nickel-cobalt thickener in the product workshop sub-item 208) are all sent to

the atmospheric leaching head tank. The slurry then flows (via chutes) into five

series-connected atmospheric leaching tanks (two with dimensions of φ15 meters ×

18 meters, and three with dimensions of φ15 meters × 17.5 meters, all made of 2205

material), where concentrated sulfuric acid, steam, and lift air are added in tanks 1#

and 2#. The atmospheric leach slurry flows (via chutes) into four series-connected

pre-neutralization tanks (two with dimensions of φ15 meters × 18 meters and two

with dimensions of φ15 meters × 17.5 meters, all made of 2205 material), where

limestone slurry is selectively added in tanks 1#, 2#, and 4#, controlling the

endpoint pH to 1.5-2.0. The slurry then enters two atmospheric leaching pre-

neutralization pump tanks and is pumped into the head tank of the first stage of iron

and aluminum removal, flowing by gravity into eleven series-connected first-stage

iron and aluminum removal tanks (five with dimensions of φ17 meters × 25.5 meters

and six with dimensions of φ17 meters × 25 meters, all made of 2205 material). After

the reaction, the slurry flows by gravity (via chutes) into the first-stage iron and

aluminum removal thickener of sub-item 205.

接收来自205子项一段除铁铝浓密溢流、205子项铁铝渣CCD洗涤首槽溢流共同由泵送往二段除铁铝头槽,自流(溜槽)至5台串联的二段除铁铝

槽内,反应后由末槽自流至205子项二段浓密除铁铝槽内(尺寸为φ17米×25米,材质为2205) 。

The overflow from the first-stage iron and aluminum removal thickener of sub-

item 205, and the overflow from the iron-aluminum slag CCD washing first tank of

sub-item 205, are pumped together to the head tank of the second-stage iron and
aluminum removal. They then flow (via chutes) into five series-connected tanks of the

second-stage iron and aluminum removal, and after reaction, flow by gravity from the

final tank into the second-stage thickener of iron and aluminum removal of sub-item

205 (dimensions φ17 meters × 25 meters, material 2205).

目的;在一、二段除铁铝搅拌槽中,加入石灰石矿浆及通入压缩空气或氧气,将二价铁氧化成三价铁,减少矿浆中的铁、铝等杂质含量,提高产品车间成品

质量。

Purpose: In the first and second stage iron-aluminum mixing tanks, adding

limestone slurry and introducing compressed air or oxygen to oxidize ferrous iron into

ferric iron, reducing the content of impurities such as iron and aluminum in the slurry,

and improving the quality of finished products in the production workshop.

(3) 205子项为一段除铁铝浓密、二段除铁铝浓密、一段铁铝渣6次CCD逆流洗涤浓密工序。

接收来在204子项一段除铁铝中和反应后浆液,进入2台并联一段除铁铝浓密机(φ42米×6米材质为2205)浓密分离的溢流送往204子项

二段除铁铝槽头槽、底流送往205子项铁铝渣6次CCD逆流洗涤浓密机首槽内。

Sub-item 205 includes the first-stage iron-aluminum thickening,

second-stage iron-aluminum thickening, and one-stage iron-

aluminum slag six-stage CCD countercurrent washing thickening

process.

接收来自204子项二段除铁铝中和反应后浆液,进入3台并联二段除铁铝浓密机(φ42米×6米材质为2205)分离的溢流送往产品车间206

子项溶液储槽、底流大部分送往204子项常压浸出槽头槽、底流少部分作晶种送往204子项二段除铁铝头槽。

The slurry after neutralization from the second stage iron-

aluminum removal of sub-item 204 is received and sent to three

parallel second stage iron-aluminum thickeners (φ42 meters × 6

meters, made of 2205 material). The overflow from the thickeners is

sent to the solution storage tank of sub-item 206 in the production

workshop, while the majority of the underflow is sent to the head

tank of the atmospheric leaching tank of sub-item 204 in sub-item

204. A small portion of the underflow is used as seed crystals and

sent to the head tank of the second stage iron-aluminum removal of

sub-item 204.

接收来自205子项一段除铁铝浓密分离底流,依次进入6台铁铝渣6次CCD逆流洗涤浓密机(φ52米×6米材质为2205),CCD洗涤首

槽分离出溢流送往204子项二段除铁铝头槽、底流由CCD末槽(末槽接收来自220子项贫液作为洗水)送往尾渣车间210子项尾渣中和槽。
The underflow from the first-stage iron-aluminum thickening

separation of sub-item 205 is sequentially processed through 6 iron-

aluminum slag CCD countercurrent washing thickeners (φ52 meters

× 6 meters, made of 2205 material). The overflow from the CCD

washing first tank is separated and sent to the head tank of the

second stage iron-aluminum removal of sub-item 204, while the

underflow from the CCD final tank (receiving barren solution from

sub-item 220 as wash water) is sent to the tailings neutralization

tank of sub-item 210 in the tailings workshop.

(4)213子项为絮凝剂制备工序。

Sub-item 213 is the flocculant preparation process.

接收来自外购爱森60V絮凝剂、10S絮凝剂,接收给排水车间442子项工艺生产水,通过3台干粉制备系统制备成合格的絮凝剂。其中2台浸出及除铁

铝制备系统制备爱森60V 絮凝剂送往203子项浸出分离及CCD絮凝剂储槽、浸出渣CCD絮凝剂储槽、除铁铝浓密分离絮凝剂储槽、铁铝渣CCD洗

涤絮凝剂储槽;1台制备10S絮凝剂送往产品车间208子项MHP絮凝剂贮槽。

Receive purchased Eisen 60V flocculant and 10S flocculant, and receive process

water from sub-item 442 in the wastewater treatment workshop. Prepare them into

qualified flocculants using three dry powder preparation systems. Among them, two

units from the leaching and iron-aluminum removal preparation system prepare Eisen

60V flocculant, which is sent to the leaching separation and CCD flocculant tanks of

sub-item 203, leaching residue CCD flocculant tank, iron-aluminum thickening

separation flocculant tank, and iron-aluminum slag CCD washing flocculant tank. One

unit prepares 10S flocculant, which is sent to the MHP flocculant storage tank of sub-

item 208 in the production workshop.

(5)214子项为空压机站工序。

Sub-item 214 is the air compressor station process.

负责公司(选矿厂、硫酸厂、冶炼厂)的用气点供气。工艺风由离心空压机所产压缩空风给204子项、产品车间207子项、尾渣车间210子项供

风;杂风喷油螺杆压缩机所产压缩风,给公司各用气点供风;仪表风由无油螺杆空压机所产压缩风,给公司各仪表设备用风供风。Responsible for

supplying compressed air to the gas supply points of the company (beneficiation

plant, sulfuric acid plant, smelting plant). Process air from centrifugal air compressors

is provided to sub-item 204, production workshop sub-item 207, and tailings

workshop sub-item 210. Compressed air produced by oil-injected screw compressors


is supplied to various gas supply points throughout the company. Instrument air,

produced by oil-free screw compressors, is supplied to the company's instrumentation

equipment.

(6)215子项为贫液工序。

Sub-item 215 is the lean liquor process.

接收来自产品车间208子项二段沉镍钴溢流、给排水442子项工艺生产水进入2台贫液贮槽,分别由4台铁铝渣洗水泵送往205子项铁铝渣

CCD洗涤末槽、4台石灰石磨矿及开路贫液泵送往选矿厂302子项石灰石磨矿贫液贮槽和尾渣车间210子项尾渣中和槽、5台高压酸浸及浸出渣CCD

洗涤泵送往高压酸浸车间202子项高压酸浸尾气洗涤和203子项浸出CCD洗涤末槽。

The overflow from sub-item 208 second-stage nickel-cobalt sedimentation in the

production workshop, and process water from sub-item 442 in the wastewater

treatment, enter two lean liquor storage tanks. They are respectively pumped by four

iron-aluminum slag washing pumps to sub-item 205 iron-aluminum slag CCD washing

final tank, and by four limestone grinding and open circuit lean liquor pumps to sub-

item 302 beneficiation plant limestone grinding lean liquor storage tank and sub-item

210 tailings workshop tailings neutralization tank. Additionally, they are pumped by

five high-pressure acid leaching and leaching residue CCD washing pumps to sub-

item 202 high-pressure acid leaching workshop high-pressure acid leaching tail gas

washing and sub-item 203 leaching CCD washing final tank.

(7)215设备循环水工序。

Sub-item 215 is the equipment circulating water process.

接收来自给排水车间442子项工艺生产水进入循环水池,经循环泵送往214子项、产品车间209子项给空压机循环冷却使用,回水经冷却塔降温。

The process water from sub-item 442 in the wastewater treatment workshop

enters the circulating water pool, and is pumped by circulating pumps to sub-item

214 and production workshop sub-item 209 for the circulating cooling of air

compressors, with the return water cooled through a cooling tower.

与这7个作业区域相关的控制室、配电室、操作室以及附属设施都归本车间管辖。与这7个主要作业区相连接的外来管道以进我方厂房内的第一道法

兰为界,法兰以前归送料方管辖;7个作业区送往其它车间的管道以进受料方厂房内的第一道法兰为界,法兰以前归我方管辖。

The control rooms, distribution rooms, operation rooms, and associated facilities
related to these seven operational areas are under the jurisdiction of this
workshop. External pipelines connected to these seven main operational areas are
divided at the first flange entering our factory premises, with the jurisdiction
before the flange belonging to the supplying party. Pipelines from the seven
operational areas that are sent to other workshops are divided at the first flange
entering the receiving party's factory premises, with the jurisdiction before the
flange belonging to our side.
1.2 车间的物料投入:

Materials input into the workshop:

1.2.1 输入的主要物料
The main materials input

1) 高压酸浸车间 202 子项高压酸浸闪蒸矿浆(温度:100℃,PH<1)

High-pressure acid leaching slurry from sub-item 202 in the high-pressure acid
leaching workshop (temperature: 100°C, pH < 1).

2) 产品车间 208 子项二段沉镍钴溢流

The overflow from sub-item 208 second-stage nickel-cobalt sedimentation in the production
workshop.

3)选矿厂 126 子项残积矿浆

The residual ore slurry from sub-item 126 in the beneficiation plant.

4)给排水车间 442 子项工艺生产水

Process water from sub-item 442 in the wastewater treatment workshop.

1.2.2 投入的辅料

The auxiliary materials input.

1) 絮凝剂 Flocculant

2) 双氧水(前期使用,有效成分 50%)Hydrogen peroxide (used in the initial stage, effective


ingredient 50%).

3) 焦亚硫酸钠(有效成分 96.5%)Sodium metabisulfite (active ingredient 96.5%).

4) 浓 硫 酸 ( 浓 度 98% , 密 度 : 1.84g/cm3)Concentrated sulfuric acid (concentration 98%,


density: 1.84 g/cm³).

5) 石灰石浆(浓度:30%-33%)Limestone slurry (concentration: 30%-33%).

6) 氧气(后期使用)Oxygen (used in the later stages).

7) 压缩空气(含氧量 20%)Compressed air (containing 20% oxygen).

8) 低压蒸汽 Low-pressure steam.

9) 元明粉(硫酸钠)Yuanming powder (sodium sulfate).

1.2.3 输出的主要物料 The main output materials.

1) 203 子 项 浸 出 渣 CCD5 底 流 The bottom discharge from the CCD process of sub-item
203 leaching residue.

2) 205 子 项 铁 铝 渣 CCD6 底 流 The bottom discharge from the CCD process of sub-item
205 iron-aluminum slag.

3) 205 子项二段除铁铝浓密溢流 The overflow from the second-stage iron-aluminum thickener


of sub-item 205.

4) 220 子项贫液 Barren solution from sub-item 220.


5) 214 子 项 压 缩 空 气 ( 离 心 空 压 机 ) 、 杂 风 ( 喷 油 螺 杆 泵 ) 、 仪 表 风 ( 无 油 螺 杆 空 压 机 ) Compressed air (from
centrifugal air compressor) of sub-item 214, instrument air (from oil-
injected screw compressor), and process air (from oil-free screw
compressor).

6) MHP 絮凝剂 MHP flocculant.


1.3 辖区工艺流程:
The jurisdictional process flow.
1.3.1 浸出矿浆浓密分离 Leaching slurry thickening and separation.
闪蒸密封槽内矿浆温度>95℃,残酸浓度约为30-40g/l,通过闪蒸后输送泵送至浸出矿浆浓密机中,同时在浸出矿浆浓密机导流槽
内加入浓度为0.3%的絮凝剂,浸出矿浆浓密机尺寸为φ42000x6000(TT),材质为2205,底流固含要求≥50%,送至浸出
渣CCD浓密机混合槽内,溢流液送往常压浸出和预中和槽内进行反应。需要特别指出的是,在浸出矿浆浓密分离操作过程中对溢流液的浊度要求没
有严格标准,因此该处在添加絮凝剂过程中应综合把握,只要保证浓密机不出现跑混,底流浓度满足要求即可。
The slurry temperature inside the flash tank is >95°C, with residual acid
concentration approximately 30-40g/l. After flashing, it is pumped to the
leaching slurry thickener. Simultaneously, a 0.3% concentration flocculant is
added to the decantation tank of the leaching slurry thickener, which has
dimensions of φ42000x6000 (TT) and is made of 2205 material. The solid
content of the bottom discharge must be ≥50% and is sent to the mixing tank
of the leaching residue CCD thickener. The overflow is sent to atmospheric
leaching and pre-neutralization tanks for reaction.
It is important to note that there are no strict turbidity requirements for
the overflow during the leaching slurry thickening and separation process.
Therefore, adding flocculant should be balanced to ensure that the thickener
does not encounter runaway mixing, and that the concentration of the bottom
discharge meets the requirements.
1.3.2 浸出渣CCD洗涤 Leaching residue CCD washing.
单系列浸出矿浆浓密机产生的底流液由5台尺寸为φ42000x6000(TT)串联的浸出渣CCD浓密机完成逆流洗涤处理,浸出矿
浆浓密机底流首先进入CCD1,其底流依次进入CCD2~CCD5,洗水从CCD5加入,CCD2~CCD5浓密机的溢流作为洗水
送往上一级洗涤浓密机,从而完成浸出渣的逆流洗涤,CCD的絮凝剂消耗量约为160-250g/t干固量。CCD1产生的溢流送到一段中
和除铁铝工序,固体含量要求小于200ppm;CCD1~CCD5底流固体浓度约为45%;CCD逆流洗涤工艺的平均洗涤效率为
99%。CCD逆流洗涤的洗水来自氢氧化镍钴沉淀贫液,洗涤比约为2.5:1(洗水重量:浓密机底流中固体重量)。
The bottom discharge from a single series leaching slurry thickener, with
dimensions of φ42000x6000 (TT), undergoes countercurrent washing
treatment through 5 serially connected leaching residue CCD thickeners. The
bottom discharge from the leaching slurry thickener first enters CCD1, with
subsequent bottom discharges flowing into CCD2 to CCD5. Wash water is
introduced at CCD5, and the overflow from CCD2 to CCD5 thickeners serves
as wash water for the previous stage washing thickener, completing the
countercurrent washing of the leaching residue. The flocculant consumption in
CCD is approximately 160-250g per dry ton.
The overflow from CCD1 is sent to a neutralization and iron-aluminum
removal process, with a solid content requirement of less than 200ppm. The
solid concentration in the bottom discharge of CCD1 to CCD5 is approximately
45%. The average washing efficiency of the CCD countercurrent washing
process is 99%. Wash water for CCD countercurrent washing is sourced from
the poor liquor of nickel-cobalt hydroxide precipitation, with a washing ratio of
approximately 2.5:1 (weight of wash water: weight of solids in thickener
bottom discharge).
1.3.3 常 压 浸 出 及 镁 质 矿 预 中 和 Atmospheric leaching and pre-neutralization of
magnesium-bearing ore.
选矿厂将配置好后的残积矿矿浆送至常压浸出给料槽内,再通过输送泵送至常压浸出头部溜槽混合槽内。同时,高压釜闪蒸后将浸出矿浆进行
浓密分离后得到的浸出液及二段除铁铝浓密底流和二段沉镍钴底流也在混合槽内加入,浓硫酸通过 2#常压浸出槽加入。常压浸出槽总共由5台
2205材质反应槽组成(2台Φ15000x18000,3台Φ15000x17500),每台常压浸出槽内都通入一定量的提升空
气 。 The beneficiation plant sends the configured residual ore slurry to the
atmospheric leaching feed tank, then pumps it through conveyors to the head
sluice mixing tank of atmospheric leaching. Simultaneously, the leachate
obtained after thickening separation of the leaching slurry from the autoclave
flash steam vessel, along with the bottom discharge from the second-stage
iron-aluminum thickener and the bottom discharge from the second-stage
nickel-cobalt thickener, are also added to the mixing tank. Concentrated
sulfuric acid is added through the No. 2 atmospheric leaching tank. The
atmospheric leaching tank consists of a total of 5 reactors made of 2205
material (2 units of Φ15000x18000 and 3 units of Φ15000x17500), each tank
receiving a certain amount of compressed air.
从5#常压浸出槽出来的矿浆将顺着溜槽进入到矿浆预中和工序。30%左右的石灰石浆可以选择性的通过1#、2#、4#预中和槽加
入,同样在每台矿浆预中和槽内也通入一定量的提料风。预中和槽总共由 4台2205材质反应槽组成(2台Φ15000x18000,2台
Φ15000x17500),预中和结束后矿浆顺着溜槽进入预中和后泵槽,通过预中和后输送泵进入一段除铁铝工序。 The slurry
exiting from the No. 5 atmospheric leaching tank flows along the launder into
the slurry pre-neutralization process. Approximately 30% limestone slurry can
be selectively added through the No. 1, No. 2, and No. 4 pre-neutralization
tanks. Similarly, a certain amount of feed air is introduced into each slurry
pre-neutralization tank. The pre-neutralization tanks consist of a total of 4
reactors made of 2205 material (2 units of Φ15000x18000 and 2 units of
Φ15000x17500). After pre-neutralization, the slurry flows along the launder
into the pump tank after pre-neutralization, and is then transferred to the iron-
aluminum removal process through a transfer pump after pre-neutralization.
1.3.4 一段中和除铁铝及其浓密分离
First-stage neutralization, iron-aluminum removal, and its thickening
separation.
浸出渣CCD1 溢流与预中和后泵槽矿浆都分别由两根独立管线送至一段中和除铁铝工序头部混合槽内,此工序采用 11台材质均为
2205的机械搅拌槽串联作业(5台Φ17000x25500,6台Φ17000x25000);浓度为30%的石灰石矿浆作为中和剂、
低压蒸汽、压缩空气、氧气均可以选择性的加入到每一台反应槽内,将溶液中的 Fe2+氧化成Fe3+,最终水解沉淀;反应温度为80~
90℃;中和反应时间为5~6h;终点pH值控制在3.6~4.0。一段中和除铁铝后的矿浆进入2台规格为φ42000x6000的浓密
机进行固液分离,所添加的絮凝剂来自对应的絮凝剂制备系统,加入量为30-50g/t-ore;浓密机溢流进入到二段中和除铁铝;底流固含为
35~40%,进入到铁铝渣CCD逆流洗涤工序。The overflow from CCD1 of the leach residue and
the slurry from the pump tank after pre-neutralization are separately
transported via two independent pipelines to the head mixing tank of the first-
stage neutralization and iron-aluminum removal process. This process utilizes
11 mechanically stirred tanks all made of 2205 material in series operation (5
units of Φ17000x25500, 6 units of Φ17000x25000). Limestone slurry with a
concentration of 30% serves as the neutralizing agent, and low-pressure
steam, compressed air, and oxygen can be selectively added to each reactor
tank to oxidize Fe2+ to Fe3+ and ultimately precipitate hydroxides. The
reaction temperature is maintained at 80-90°C, with a reaction time of 5-6
hours, and the endpoint pH controlled within 3.6-4.0.
After the first-stage neutralization and iron-aluminum removal, the slurry
enters 2 thickener units with dimensions of φ42000x6000 for solid-liquid
separation. The coagulant added to the thickener comes from the
corresponding coagulant preparation system, with an addition rate of 30-50g/t
of ore. The thickener overflow proceeds to the second-stage neutralization
and iron-aluminum removal, while the bottom discharge with a solid
concentration of 35-40% enters the iron-aluminum slag CCD counter-current
washing process.
1.3.5 二段中和除铁铝及其浓密分离
The second-stage neutralization, iron-aluminum removal, and its
thickening separation.
一段中和除铁铝浓密机溢流及铁铝渣CCD1 浓密机溢流进入二段中和除铁铝工序进一步除去溶液中铁和铝,此工序采用 5台材质均为
2205的机械搅拌槽串联作业(Φ17000x25000);浓度为30%的石灰石矿浆作为中和剂可以选择性的加入到每一个反应槽内;同
时,向每个反应槽内通入适量氧气及压缩空气,继续氧化溶液中残余的 Fe2+;反应温度为80~90℃;中和反应时间为3h;终点pH值为
4.6~5.0;晶种循环比为4:1。反应后的矿浆进入到3台并联的浓密机内进行固液分离,其规格为φ42000x6000;添加的絮凝剂
来自对应的絮凝剂制备系统,加入量为160-250g/t-ore;浓密机溢流固含要求小于100ppm,底流固含为30~35%,大部分
底流作为晶种返回到二段中和除铁铝首槽,剩余部分泵送至循环浸出给料混合槽,利用高压酸浸浸出矿浆中残酸溶解因水解进入渣中的镍、钴等有价
成分。二段除铁铝浓密机溢流进入到6台溶液储存槽内。The overflow from the first-stage neutralization

second-stage neutralization and iron-aluminum removal process to further
remove iron and aluminum from the solution. This process utilizes 5
interconnected mechanical stirred tanks made of 2205 material

as a neutralizing agent. Additionally, appropriate amounts of oxygen and
compressed air are introduced into each tank to continue oxidizing residual
Fe2+ in the solution. The reaction operates at temperatures of 80-90°C, with a
reaction time of 3 hours and a target pH of 4.6-5.0. The seeding circulation
ratio is 4:1.

The slurry post-reaction enters 3 parallel thickeners for solid-liquid


separation, each with specifications of Φ42000x6000. Coagulant additives are
sourced from the corresponding coagulant preparation system, with an
addition rate of 160-250g/t-ore. The overflow from the thickeners requires
solid content of less than 100ppm, while the bottom flow contains 30-35%
solids. Most of the bottom flow returns as seed crystals to the first tank of the
second-stage neutralization and iron-aluminum removal, with the remainder
pumped to the circulating leaching feed blending tank. This utilizes high-
pressure acid leaching to dissolve residual acid from the leaching slurry,
hydrolyzing and recovering valuable nickel, cobalt, and other components in
the slag. The overflow from the second-stage iron-aluminum thickener enters
6 solution storage tanks.
1.3.6 铁铝渣CCD洗涤

一段除铁铝浓密机底流液由6台尺寸为φ52000x6000(TT)串联的铁铝渣CCD浓密机完成逆流洗涤处理,一段除铁铝浓密机
底流首先进入CCD1,其底流依次进入CCD2~CCD6,洗水从CCD6加入,CCD2~CCD6浓密机的溢流作为洗水送往上一
级洗涤浓密机,从而完成浸出渣的逆流洗涤,CCD的絮凝剂消耗量约为160-250g/t干固量。CCD1产生的溢流送到二段中和除铁铝
工序,固体含量要求小于200ppm;CCD1~6底流固体浓度约为45%;最终CCD6的底流去向尾渣中和槽内。CCD逆流洗涤工
艺的平均洗涤效率为99%。CCD逆流洗涤的洗水来自二段氢氧化镍钴浓密机溢流酸化处理后的贫液,洗涤比约为2.5:1(洗水重量:浓密机
底 流 中 固 体 重 量 ) 。 The bottom flow from the first-stage iron-aluminum thickener is
processed through a series of six CCD thickener units sized φ52000x6000 (TT)
for countercurrent washing of iron-aluminum slag. Initially, the bottom flow
from the first-stage thickener enters CCD1, followed sequentially by CCD2 to
CCD6. Wash water is introduced at CCD6, and the overflow from CCD2 to
CCD6 serves as wash water for the preceding thickener stage, completing the
countercurrent washing of leaching slag. The coagulant consumption in CCD is
approximately 160-250g/t dry solids.

The overflow from CCD1 is directed to the second-stage neutralization


and iron-aluminum removal process, with a solid content requirement of less
than 200ppm. The solid concentration in CCD1 to CCD6 bottom flows is
approximately 45%. The final bottom flow from CCD6 is directed to the tailings
neutralization tank. The average washing efficiency of the CCD countercurrent
washing process is 99%. Wash water for CCD countercurrent washing comes
from the overflow of the second-stage nickel-cobalt hydroxide thickener after
acid treatment of the lean solution, with a washing ratio of about 2.5:1 (wash
water weight to solid weight in thickener bottom flow).
1.3.7 絮凝剂制备系统
The coagulant preparation system
华飞镍钴项目总共有三个絮凝剂制备站,其中在东、西区选矿厂各配一套,在冶炼厂213子项有三套絮凝剂制备系统。絮凝剂制备工序主
要是为浸出矿浆浓密分离、浸出渣CCD逆流洗涤、除铁铝浓密分离、铁铝渣CCD逆流洗涤、氢氧化镍镍浓密分离等各子项提供合适浓度的絮凝
剂溶液。
The Huafai nickel-cobalt project has a total of three coagulant preparation
stations. Each of the East and West beneficiation plants is equipped with one
set, and there are three sets of coagulant preparation systems in the smelting
plant's 213 sub-item. The coagulant preparation process primarily aims to
provide suitable concentration coagulant solutions for various sub-items such
as thickening and separation of leaching slurry, counter-current washing of
leaching residue CCD, thickening and separation of iron-aluminum, counter-
current washing of iron-aluminum slag CCD, and thickening and separation of
nickel hydroxide.
冶炼厂絮凝剂制备单元包括絮凝剂计量输送、絮凝剂制备及泵送系统。整个系统控制是采用PLC 进行液位和定时器控制,为全自动系统,
只需定期简单维护。固体絮凝剂从料仓以恒定速度经定量给料器送入用热风机吹出的气流中,此气流带着已充分分散的粉末絮凝剂通过喷湿头,喷湿
头的制备水马上均匀地把分散的粉末絮凝剂湿润,然后立即把湿润的絮凝剂送入搅拌槽;搅拌器均匀搅拌并熟化;完全絮凝剂的絮凝剂溶液经泵送至
相应的贮槽进行贮存。此系统絮凝剂预定的制备浓度为0.3~0.5%。用厂房内一台2吨的桥式单梁起重机将贮存的粉状絮凝剂分别添加至三台粉状
仓内,其中两台为CCD浓密机粉状仓,一台为沉镍钴浓密机粉状仓,仓底装有螺旋给料器及鼓风机,用鼓风机将螺旋给料器底部料送至混合槽顶部的喷
湿式分散头,从高位水池送来的生产水同样进入喷湿式分散头,该装置确保颗粒状絮凝剂在水中完全分散,分散后的絮凝剂进入混合槽进行搅拌,从而保证
絮凝剂充分溶解。
The smelting plant's coagulant preparation unit includes coagulant metering
and conveying, coagulant preparation, and pumping systems. The entire system
is controlled using PLC for level and timer control, making it fully automatic and
requiring only regular maintenance. Solid coagulants are fed from the silo into
the airstream blown by a hot air blower at a constant rate. This airstream carries
the dispersed powder coagulant through a wetting head, where water is sprayed
to uniformly moisten the dispersed powder coagulant. The moistened coagulant
is immediately transferred to a mixing tank where it is evenly stirred and
matured. The fully prepared coagulant solution is then pumped to respective
storage tanks for storage. The target concentration for the coagulant preparation
in this system is 0.3% to 0.5%.
Using a 2-ton overhead bridge crane inside the plant, the stored powdered
coagulant is added to three powder bins: two for CCD thickener powder bins and
one for the nickel-cobalt thickener powder bin. Each bin is equipped with a screw
feeder and a blower fan at the bottom, which sends material from the screw
feeder bottom to the wetting dispersion head at the top of the mixing tank.
Production water from a high-level water tank also enters the wetting dispersion
head, ensuring that the granular coagulant is fully dispersed in water. The
dispersed coagulant then enters the mixing tank for stirring, ensuring complete
dissolution of the coagulant.

1.3.8 空压机站 Compressor Station
空压机站分别有9台离心空压机(安装8台后期预留1台,250Nm³/min,0.4Mpa、N=1250KW)、5台喷油螺杆空压
机(安装2台后期预留3台,40.2Nm3/min、0.7Mpa、N=220kw)、5台无油螺杆空压机(安装2台后期预留3
台,41Nm³/min、0.6Mpa、N=250KW)。离心空压机主要用于循环中和浸出、一、二中和除铁铝、沉镍钴、尾渣中和等的提料
风以及槽内通入压缩空气与物料进行反应;喷油螺杆空压机用于冶炼厂杂风,主要用于污水槽搅拌及高压酸浸第四隔室停车时吹扫等;无油螺杆压缩机用于
冶炼厂仪表、阀门用气等。
The compressor station comprises 9 centrifugal compressors (8 installed with

Centrifugal compressors are mainly used for supplying process air for neutral
ization and leaching, primary and secondary neutralization and iron removal, nic
kel-cobalt precipitation, and tailings neutralization. Oil-injected screw compressor
s are used for miscellaneous air in the smelting plant, primarily for stirring in sew
age tanks and purging during shutdown of the fourth compartment of the high-pr
essure acid leaching process. Oil-free screw compressors are used for instrument
air and valve operation in the smelting plant.

2.1 CCD 浓 密 机 逆 流 洗 涤 原 理 : CCD thickener

浓密机是基于重力沉降作用的固液分离设备,可将含一定固重的矿浆通过重力沉降浓缩为含固量较高的底流矿浆,借助安装于浓密机内慢速运转的
耙的作用,使增稠的底流矿浆由浓密机底部的底流口卸出。浓密机上部产生较清净的澄清液(溢流),由顶部的环形溜槽排出。为了提高洗涤效率,可以将
多个浓密机串联使用,前一级浓密机的底流送后一级浓密机,后一级浓密机的溢流送前一级浓密机,第一级浓密机的溢流和最后一级浓密机的底流分别送下
道工序。浓密机的级数通过所需达到的洗涤效率和物料平衡计算得出。
The thickener is a solid-liquid separation device based on gravity sedimentati
on. It can concentrate the slurry with a certain solid weight into an underflow slur
ry with a higher solid content through gravity sedimentation. With the help of the
slow-running rake installed in the thickener, the thickened underflow slurry is disc
harged from the underflow port at the bottom of the thickener. A relatively clean
clarified liquid (overflow) is produced at the top of the thickener and discharged f
rom the annular chute at the top. In order to improve the washing efficiency, mul
tiple thickeners can be used in series. The underflow of the previous thickener is
sent to the next thickener, and the overflow of the next thickener is sent to the pr
evious thickener. The overflow of the first thickener and the underflow of the last
thickener are sent to the next process respectively. The number of thickener stag
es is calculated based on the required washing efficiency and material balance.

两次方向相反的变化。当正方向是气缸容积扩展方向时,气缸容积为真空,大气压大于气缸内气压,空气通过朝气阀门进入气缸,此时为吸气过程:当反
方向是容积缩小方向时,进入气缸内的气体受到压缩,容积内的压力迅速增加,当大于大气压力时, 排气阀门被打开,此时为排气过程。单轴双缸的结构
布置使压缩机气体流量在额定转速一定时为单缸的两倍,并使得单缸压缩机产生的振动噪音得到很好的解决,整体结构更加紧凑。 Oil-free
screw air compressor is a micro reciprocating piston compressor. The compressor
makes the volume of the cylindrical cylinder change periodically through the
reciprocating motion of the crank rocker. The cylinder volume changes twice in
opposite directions when the motor runs one cycle. When the positive direction is
the direction of cylinder volume expansion, the cylinder volume is vacuum, the
atmospheric pressure is greater than the air pressure in the cylinder, and the air
enters the cylinder through the inlet valve. This is the suction process: when the
reverse direction is the direction of volume reduction, the gas entering the
cylinder is compressed, and the pressure in the volume increases rapidly. When it
is greater than the atmospheric pressure, the exhaust valve is opened. This is the
exhaust process. The single-shaft double-cylinder structural arrangement makes
the compressor gas flow twice that of a single cylinder when the rated speed is
constant, and the vibration noise generated by the single-cylinder compressor is
well resolved, and the overall structure is more compact.

螺杆式空气压缩机工作原理螺杆式空压机的工作过程分为吸气、密封及输送、压缩、排气4个过程。空压机通过进气过滤器吸入周围的空气,使之
进入压缩主机内,阴阳转子通过啮合运动来改变主机内的容积,同时腔内不断喷油、润滑和冷却螺杆,由此产生了受热后的油气混合物。升温升压后的油气

Screw Air Compressor The working process of screw air compressor is divided
into four processes: suction, sealing and conveying, compression and exhaust.
The air compressor inhales the surrounding air through the air intake filter and
allows it to enter the compression main unit. The yin and yang rotors change the
volume in the main unit through meshing motion. At the same time, the cavity
continuously sprays oil, lubricates and cools the screw, thereby producing a
heated oil-gas mixture. The oil-gas mixture after heating and pressure increases
enters the oil-gas separator through the exhaust check valve. Most of the oil in
the main unit cavity is separated from the compressed air in the oil-gas
separator, and then returns to the main unit for recycling after cooling. When the
air in the oil-gas separator reaches the required minimum pressure, the minimum
pressure valve opens, and the high-temperature compressed air enters the
cooler for cooling, and then we get the compressed air we need.

Check whether the filter screen of the centrifugal pump inlet pipe is

normal and whether there is any blockage;


(3)打开离心泵进口阀,并从排气阀排气后关闭排气阀;

Open the inlet valve of the centrifugal pump, exhaust air from the

exhaust valve and close the exhaust valve;

(4)盘车数圈,轻重合适;

Turn the wheel several times, with the right amount of force;

(5)检查机械密封是否渗漏、机封是否畅通、压力充足;

Check whether the mechanical seal is leaking, whether the mechanical

seal is unobstructed, and whether the pressure is sufficient;

(6)检查离心泵各轴承润滑油箱油位在 1/3 到 2/3 之间,若不足,及时加油;

Check that the oil level in the lubricating oil tank of each bearing of the

centrifugal pump is between 1/3 and 2/3. If it is insufficient, add oil in

time;

(7)检查机泵固定螺丝是否松动,如有松动应上紧;

Check whether the fixing screws of the pump are loose, if so, tighten

them;

(8)检查电机接线、接地线;

Check the motor wiring and grounding wire;

(9)检查流程是否合适。Check that the process is appropriate.

9.2 启泵操作 Pump start operation


(1)做好启泵各项准备工作,准备启泵;

Make all preparations for starting the pump and prepare to start the

pump;

(2)按下启动按钮,当泵出口压力上升至额定压力后,缓慢打开出口阀,调整泵出口压力至工作压力;

Press the start button. When the pump outlet pressure rises to the

rated pressure, slowly open the outlet valve and adjust the pump

outlet pressure to the working pressure.

注意事项:Precautions:
(1)启泵初期和运转过程中,如发现离心泵有异常声响和憋压情况出现,应立即停泵,排除故障后,再重新启泵;

In the initial stage of pump startup and during operation, if the

centrifugal pump makes abnormal noises or has pressure buildup, the

pump should be stopped immediately and restarted after


troubleshooting.

(2)检查电机轴承座和泵两端轴承座温度是否正常,三相电压、电流是否在额定范围内;

Check whether the temperature of the motor bearing seat and the

bearing seats at both ends of the pump is normal, and whether the

three-phase voltage and current are within the rated range;

(3)检查盘根是否刺漏,并适当调整盘根盒压盖(调整无效时停泵加盘根);

Check whether the packing is leaking, and adjust the packing box

gland appropriately (if the adjustment is ineffective, stop the pump

and add packing);

(4)倾听各部位声音是否正常;

Listen to see if the sounds of each part are normal;

(5)在连续输送物料过程中,应每小时巡回检查,发现问题,立即排除;

During the continuous material conveying process, inspections

should be conducted every hour, and any problems found should be

eliminated immediately;

(6)若离心泵采用机油润滑,油位应在视窗 1/2-2/3 之间,变质时应及时更换;采用黄油润滑时,油量不能过多过少,过多易引起轴

承发热,过少起不到润滑作用;

If the centrifugal pump is lubricated with engine oil, the oil level

should be between 1/2 and 2/3 of the sight glass, and it should be

replaced in time when it deteriorates; when lubricated with grease,

the amount of oil should not be too much or too little, as too much oil

may cause the bearing to heat up, while too little oil will not play a

lubricating role;

(7)长期停用的机泵或新安装的电机启用时测量电机绝缘程度,380V 电机绝缘电阻最低不小于 0.5 兆欧;

When a pump that has been out of service for a long time or a

newly installed motor is put into use, measure the insulation degree

of the motor. The minimum insulation resistance of a 380V motor shall

not be less than 0.5 megohms.

9.3 停泵操作 Pump stop operation


(1)做好停泵准备工作;Make preparations for stopping the pump;
(2)缓慢关离心泵出口阀;Slowly close the centrifugal pump outlet valve;

(3)按下停止按钮,待停泵运转后关闭泵的进口阀,放尽泵内液体,切断电源;

Press the stop button, wait for the pump to stop running, close the

pump inlet valve, drain the liquid in the pump, and cut off the power

supply;

(4)停泵后,盘车 2-3 圈;After stopping the pump, turn the pump 2-3 times;

(5)收拾工具,清理现场,做好记录。

Pack up tools, clean up the site, and keep records.
