Data
Data is what excel is made to deal with, by using excel to store, sort and
filter data we can easily adjust or manipulate it by using different Excel formulas
such as finding an average number by using the average formula, using LOOKUP
formula to find specific data you’re looking for.
Using Excel for managing data has it benefits, for example, since Excel has
no limit to the amount of data that can be stored it makes it easy to store and
recover data which can also be secured by passwords. Another benefit is that data
is abled to be stored in one place instead of different files and registers. Lastly
Excel presents the data to us in a neat and clean visibility making it more easy,
readable and understandable to the reader.
