 Participants have to chop, grind, mix etc or Floor
prepare the dish on the spot.
 Participants can use mixer, blender, juice maker
at their own cost & risk.
 No fire, heater can be used.
 Only Natural ingredients are allowed.
Readymade/packed food ingredients like Ghee;
Masala powders; bread slices; Cherries are
allowed
 But deep fried packed snacks like Puries;
Mixtures & cheese, Sauces, Ice creams are not
allowed.
 Judgment is based on taste of dish, creativity,
hygiene, ingredients used, presentation &
display of prepared dish.
 Time duration: 2 hour
