Dear Somasekhara,

Congratulations!

We're thrilled to welcome you to join M2P Solutions Private Limited (“M2P”) and the M2P family as our
“SDE 2” from [31-July-2023] (“Joining Date”). You will be based in our Hyderabad office.

This is an exciting phase for the M2P group. M2P group has built the relevant technology, partnerships,
experience, and market validation and is now THE go-to platform for all things fintech. We aren’t done
yet (and that’s why we need you!)

As we enter our next phase of growth, fuelled by the demand for our services in India as well as our
Global aspirations, we need talent like you. Talent that will help us realize our vision of making every
company a fintech.

For your role, you shall be entitled to a CTC (Cost to Company) of INR.22,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty
Two Lakhs Only). The compensation structure is mentioned in Annexure 1.

Worried about leave, benefits, and Company policy? Don't be! The detailed terms of your employment
will be shared at the time of joining. Meanwhile you can reach out to your Talent Partner for any queries.

Additionally, as an employee of the Company, you may be eligible for employee stock options of M2P as
per M2P’s ESOP policy with vesting period that allows us to distribute the wealth that we will jointly
create. Suffice to say, this is earned and is based on number of factors including your and the company’s
performance and the terms of the M2P’s ESOP Policy.

Note:

Your appointment is subject to satisfactory background checks and signing of the employment
agreement and other documents at the time of your joining. By accepting the offer, you give us consent
to conduct a background verification on you. Further, you are required to submit the documents listed
under Annexure 2 at least 7 days prior to your Joining Date.

This offer of employment is contingent upon your full and complete disclosure to the Company of any
and all agreements (including any non-competition, non-solicitation, confidentiality agreements) with any
prior employer, client or others which in any way may limit you either contractually or otherwise from

had with us. You are also required to disclose to the Company whether you are or will be in any part-
time employment / engagement with any other entity on your Joining Date. The Company reserves the
right to withdraw this offer or terminate your employment, in the event it determines or believes that any
contractual or other obligation may limit your ability to be engaged as an employee of the Company.

This offer is applicable, subject to: (i) providing the above terms and representations by signing and
returning a copy of this offer letter by [08-July-23], (ii) upon satisfactory completion of the reference and
background checks, and (iii) submitting copies of the documents mentioned in Annexure 2 at least 7
days prior to your Joining Date. In case the following conditions are not complied with, this offer will
stand withdrawn and cancelled automatically, without any further notice and liability on the Company.

Please confirm your acceptance to the terms of our offer by signing and returning to us a duplicate copy
of this letter by [08-July-23].

Please Note:

 CTC figure is inclusive of the Company’s as well as your Provident Fund contribution.
 Compensation is confidential between you and the Company. You are required to maintain the
confidentiality and not disclose your compensation package to others.
 Statutory payments like Professional Tax, Income Tax shall be borne by you and will be deducted
as per local regulations.
 The Company covers its employees (and dependants) under a comprehensive Health Insurance
for a value of 5 lakhs (Family Floater Insurance) and 10 Lakhs for Personal Accidental Insurance
for the employee.
 Variable Pay is payable at the discretion of the Company and will be based on a variety of factors
including measurement of Key Performance Indicators agreed with your manager, performance
of the Company as a team, and Company’s policies etc. If the employee has voluntarily resigned
or his employment is terminated by the Company on or before to the pay-out of the Variable Pay,
the employee will not be eligible to be considered for Variable Pay.

BACKGROUND CHECKS

A. Address Proof

 Present and permanent address proof to be attached

 Identify proof (Passport /voter’s ID/PAN card/ driving license/ Aadhar card).

B. Education:

 Highest degree/provisional degree certificate & highest degree mark sheets for all
semesters.

C. Previous Employment Proof:

· Experience certificate and relieving letter from all previous employer(s). It is mandatory that
you submit the relieving and experience certificates from your current employer within 30
days of your joining date. These letters should indicate your period of employment and job
role.

· Last 3 salary certificates.

· Resignation acceptance letter/ email from previous employer.

D. Joining formality documents

 Education and degree certificate and mark sheets for all semesters
