RESOLUTION NO. ____ SERIES OF 2024


A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE THREE (3) YEARS COMPREHENSIVE
BARANGAY YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PLAN (2023-2025) OF THE SANGGUNIANG
KABATAAN OF BARANGAY SIWARAGAN, SAN JOAQUIN, ILOILO.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 8 of the Republic Act No. 10742, otherwise known as
the “Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015” and its implementing rules and
regulations, the SK, in consulting and with the concurrence of the Katipunan ng
Kabataan, shall formulate a three (3) year rolling plan, which shall be known as
Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP).

WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) shall be


aligned with the Philippine Youth Development Plan (PYDP) and the Local Youth
Development Plan (LYDP) of the City/Municipality.

WHEREAS, the CBYDP shall give priority to programs, projects, and activities that will
promote for youth development program of the Sangguniang Kabataan with the centers
of participation for Health, Education, Economic Empowerment, Social Inclusion and
Equity, Peace-Building and Security, Governance, Active Citizenship, Environment, and
Global Mobility.

WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) shall


serve as the legal basis for the preparation of Annual Barangay Youth Investment
Program (ABYIP).

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SK Member Hon. Mary Crystalline Nabua and duly
seconded by SK Member Hon. Janice Sevilla and all SK’s present.
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy.
Siwaragan, San Joaquin, Iloilo in a regular session, to approve Resolution No. __,
Series of 2024 entitled “A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE THREE (3) YEARS
COMPREHENSIVE BARANGAY YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PLAN (2023-2025) OF THE
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY SIWARAGAN, SAN JOAQUIN, ILOILO.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies to the Sangguniang Barangay, DILG, LYDO,


Municipal Budget Office, and other government agencies concerned for their
information.

APPROVED this 19TH day of May 2024 at Brgy. Siwaragan, San Joaquin,Iloilo.
