 INTRODUCTION

Mass produced to protect and extend the life of higher efficiency filters, MasterPleat™ disposable
filters are an excellent choice in two stage HVAC systems highly recognized for their sustained
performance and ease of use in a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial applications.

FEATURES

Achieves G4 to EN779:2012 / MERV 8 to ASHRAE 52.2:2007.

Pleated to extend filtration surface area.

Comes in standard capacity (SC) and high capacity (HC) models.

Suitable for variable and turbulent air flow systems.

Rigid water resistant die-cut cardboard frame.

Full adhesive coated case eliminates media to frame air bypass.

Metal grid supported filter media (downstream).

Extremely low resistance to air-flow minimizes energy costs.

100% moisture resistant synthetic filter media.

Media will not promote microbial growth.

Media 100% synthetic fibre.

Temperature 75°C maximum in continuous service.

Flammability Certified to UL 900 Edition 8-2015.

Options MasterPleat™ filters may be supplied with gaskets upstream or downstream.
