Good afternoon everyone and welcome to the 5 th graduation ceremony of
Lampitak National High School-Senior High School!
Processional March
Ladies and gentlemen, let us witness the processional march of the
General Academic Strand-Graduating students of Lampitak National High
School-Senior High School together with their parents. Followed by the guests,
faculty, principals, school heads, stakeholders, brgy.officials and visitors.
Welcome Address
You may now be seated.
Fye flabi brgy. Lampitak! I am Daveson B. Erebaren and I am your master
of ceremony for today’s Senior High School graduation of Lampitak National High
School with the theme: “K to 12 Graduates: Pursuing Dreams and fostering
resilience in the face of Adversity.”
This meaningful celebration marks a milestone on the academic journey of
our learners. It is an opportunity to reflect on the tremendous outcome of their
years of hard works and dedication to their studies.
Opening Remarks
At this moment, I would like to request Ma’am Razelle V. Escovidal,
Faculty and Staff Association president, to deliver her opening remarks.
Welcome Address
At this juncture, to give everyone a warm welcome, let us hear the
welcome address from Mr. John Paul J. Cabaylo, With Honors.
Message
Now, to inspire our graduating students, we shall hear an important
message from our distinguished guest. Ladies and gentlemen, let’s welcome the
duly authorized representative from the office of the schools division
superintendent, Ma’am Hermie M. Jarra-the Division Education Program
Supervisor in Filipino.
Thank you very much ma’am for the inspiring and insightful messages you
imparted this afternoon. Your words will surely guide our graduates as they tread
a new path in their lives. May your messages motivate them to strive harder.

Presentation, Certification, Confirmation and giving of awards of the
Candidates for Graduation
At this juncture, may I request once again our School Head, Ma’am Jane
M. Bañaga for the presentation of candidates for graduation, to be certified by
Ma’am Emilyn B. Borja,the Principal-In-Charge of Tampakan-District 2 and to be
confirmed by Ma’am Ruth L. Estacio, CESO VI-the Schools Division
Superintendent and this will be represented by the duly authorized representative
from the office of the Schools Division Superintendent, Ma’am Hermie M. Jarra,
Education Program Supervisor in Filipino. Afterwards, together with the school
heads is to present the diplomas for graduation, medal of honors and special
awards for graduates. Our graduates will be accompanied by their parents to
receive their medals and certificates. They will also receive their original
diplomas.
Ladies and gentlemen, presenting the graduates of the General Academic
Strand Class 2022.

10 finalists in the NCCA - 9th Diwang-Sagisag Kultura ng Filipinas Competition
Pambansang Paligsahan sa Balagtasan 2021.
Appreciation Message
The achievements of our graduates are made even more impressive by
the fact that they faced challenges brought by the pandemic, as well as the
challenges it has been posted to education. Truly, behind every achievement
lies significant individuals which takes part on making everything possible. At this
moment, let us listen to appreciation message to be given by Cielo E. Andraque,
With Honors. Let’s give her a warm round of applause.
Thank you very much Cielo M. Andraque for the touching and inspiring
words. A milestone passed, new things begin, and dreams are shining as the
sun! May God bless you graduates for the next phase of your journey.

Farewell Song
Dearest graduates, your senior high school life is about to end. The portals
of Lampitak NHS have seen all the plot twists you experience all through out
these years. As you continue on your journey and chase your dreams, you also
head separate ways with the classmates and friends you spent your high school
life. Although there are going to be so many goodbyes, there are also so many
memories to be remembered. Ladies and Gents, let us witness the farewell song
of the graduates.
Closing Remarks
In behalf of the Lampitak National High School, the school administrative
staff and faculty, we joyfully congratulate the graduates, their parents and
advisers.
Also, we sincerely thank all our donors of the medals, those who extended
their help and all our guest and visitors who attended this momentous event. This
moment, may we call in ma’am Jane M. Bañaga, Principal 1 of Lampitak National
High School to give to us the closing remarks.
