IMPORTANT GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING THE ONLINE PRPJECT SYNOPSIS

Last Date for submission of Project Proposal/Synopsis: 30th June


Read the instructions carefully and follow the same
1. Proposal/Synopsis has to be submitted directly at the email id provided by Regional Centre.

2. Proposal should be in proper format as per the project guideline. You can download project
guideline from the below links

3. Proposal / Synopsis should contain the following
a. Cover Page
b. Correctly filled Proforma for the approval of project proposal
4. Proforma for Approval of Project Synopsis duly filled and signed by both the student and the
Project Guide with date.
5. If any discrepancy is found in the contents of the Proposal / Synopsis submitted, it will be
rejected.
6. Violation of the project guidelines will lead to the rejection of the project at any stage.
7. Students are requested to write the following , carefully, while sending their Proposal/Synopsis in
mail box also
a. Enrolment No
b. Name of the student
c. Program Code
d. Course Code
e. Study Centre Code
f. Mobile No.
g. Email ID:
h. Title of the Project
i. Name of the Guide
Kindly note: After submission of synopsis in accordance to guidelines, students are advised
to wait for the communication by the regional center, for its Approval / Not Approval,
Suggestions / modifications, as the case may be.

Q1. How can we submit the Project Proposal / Synopsis?

Ans: - Prepare your Project Synopsis; attach the required document in proper

Sequence, convert it into PDF format and submit directly to the email id directed by

Regional Centre. i.e. rcdelhi3psychologyprojects@ignou.ac.in

Q2. What is the last date of the submission of Project Synopsis?

Ans:- 30th June , 2020

Q4. In the period of lockdown how can we take signature of the guide?

Ans: - The learners are required to obtain digitally approval in prescribed proforma of the
Guide/Supervisor through e-mail before submitting the Synopsis for evaluation at regional centre
through online. i.e. rcdelhi3psychologyprojects@ignou.ac.in
