Undhiyu

Dal Dhokli
A comforting dish of wheat flour strips (dhokli) simmered in a flavorful spiced lentil

Khichdi

Gujarati Kadhi

Shaak

Rotli (or Chapati)

Accompaniments

Gulab Jamun

Moong Dal Halwa
