INTRODUCTION
Quantity surveying, by definition relates to numbers or quantities as well as order to ensure

the project's successful construction at an affordable price providing expert monetary

services. Where it involves cost estimate that calculate the potential amount or value of a

given resource. This method calculates the resource cost using the nearest exact figure

determined by observation. It includes all the details in an accurate estimate. It comprises all

the information needed to complete the project, including the amount of material, labor,

quantity, and cost. a total cost for all the steps required to finish a particular task.

The aim of this document is:

 Having multiple facets; and

 Cover different phases of a building project.

The purpose of this study is to gather accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for both

direct and indirect expense. This entails an in-depth review of the project's requirements,

resources, labor, and other related expenses. Furthermore, support the development and

management of contracts, assuring that the terms and conditions agreed upon are followed by

all parties. By means of these goals, this paper will greatly enhance the general performance

and durability of the building undertaking.
