We love you living here and want you to stay!

 You can extend your lease for 12-18 months at $__________. (This includes all current charges
on your account). By renewing for 12-18 months you can take advantage of this exclusive rate
and lock it in for the duration of your new lease term. The longer you sign the longer you save!
-If you renew your lease by September 13th, 2024 you will receive a $250 rent credit.
-If you renew your lease by September 27th, 2024 you will receive a $100 rent credit.
-If you renew your lease by October 11th, 2024 you will receive a free track clean for your
apartment.
 I need a different lease term. Can I extend my lease by _______ months? I understand anything
shorter than 12 months will have a short term lease fee.
 I will be staying indefinitely and go month to month beginning the day after my lease ends. I
understand that my rate will increase from $_________ to $___________ per month. (This rate
includes the standard month to month charge and reflects the market rate for my floorplan.)
Keep in mind, when on month to month we only require a 30 day notice to vacate.
 I am certain I will not be able to renew my lease; this serves as my 60 day notice.
