HISTORY OF FLOW PROCESS CHART.
6
INTRODUCTION OF FLOW PROCESS CHART.
Flowchart is a graphical representation of an
algorithm.
Programmers often use it as a program-planning tool to
solve a problem. It makes use of symbols which are
connected among them to indicate the flow of
information and processing.
The process of drawing a flowchart for an algorithm is
known as “flowcharting”.

in a safe location.
•
No assumptions should be made.
•
Make it easy for future reference.
•
All charts must have the following details:
(a) Name of the product, material or
equipment that is observed.
10
(b) Starting point and ending point.
(c) The location where the activities take
place.

INTRODUCTION OF GOVERMENT MILK
FEDERATION
Udgir has a skimmed milk powder plant established in
1978 and has capacity processing 1 lakh liters of dairy
milk per day. ... This plant was established by acquiring
land from the Khateeb family of Udgir for a sum of just ₹
8000. It is currently not running in full operation.

Filtration Processes
There are a variety of methods that are used for milk filtration. The common goal of all
methods is to separate various substances from one another. In the dairy industry,
that means separating unwanted particulates from the milk. There are four different
member filteration processes that are typically used to filter milk.
18
The availability of the raw milk supply is the key to successful production planning. A reliable measuring
signal is essential to preventing rejects being caused by excess material or even a production stoppage
due to a material shortage.
Clarifier Separator
Our offered Milk Clarifiers are equally suitable for both cleaning cold and
warm milk. These clarifiers are used in dairy industries to
improve milk quality. Centrifugal technology is used to separate impurities
and bacteria from the milk.
19
Pasteurization
20
Pasteurization Storage:- The shelf-life of pasteurized
milk held under proper refrigeration, defined as less than 45°F, can range
from 12 to 21 days post processing. ... Ideal storage temperatures
for milk and dairy products are 34-38°F. Under ideal refrigeration,
most pasteurized milk will remain fresh for 2-5 days after its sell-by date.

ADVANTAGES OF FLOW PROCESS CHART:
1) Visual Clarity
2) Instant Communication
3) Effective Coordination
4) Efficiency Increase
5) Effective Analysis
6) Problem Solving
7) Proper Documentation
23
4) In case of complex program/algorithm, flowchart becomes
very complex and clumsy.
