Notes:
1. An interest‐free maintenance deposit of ₹150 per square yard (Sq Yd) shall be collected from the buyer at the time of Registry. The maintenance deposit is intended to cover common
area maintenance, upkeep, and necessary repairs within the premises.
2. At the time of property registry, the buyer is obligated to make an advance payment equivalent to 12 months' maintenance charges. The maintenance advance payment is intended
to cover the initial period of maintenance services, including common area upkeep, repairs, and essential services. The amount of the maintenance advance payment shallbecalculated
based on the prevailing maintenance charges and the size of the property.
3. The option to change the current usage of the property is available to the buyer, subject to government policies and regulations. The change in land use is governed by prevailing
government policies and guidelines. The charges associated with this change are in accordance with the established norms. A fee willbe levied for the change in land use. The applicable
fee falls within a range of ₹100 to ₹125 per square yard (sq.yd), as per the current government policy.
4. The developer shall undertake the establishment of the boundarywall of each plot within the project area. The responsibility for the cost associated with the boundarydevelopment
lies with the intended buyer of the property.
5. Price list & payment plan can be changed without notice.
6. The information inthis price listis provided in good faithand does not constitute part of the contract.
7. The price list and information given is indicative and only for reference, however the customer is bound and has to pay the amount as per the actual papers/forms being signed by the
