Standard Employment Contract
For Denya Group Ltd in the State of Israel
AND THE
B. PLUMBER

(Herein after referred to as "the Worker")
BASIC MONTHLY SALARY: The Employer shall grant a monthly salary of 8000 ILS in accordance with the
prevailing minimum wage law of Israel, which shall be paid not later than the 9 th day of the following month. The
Employer has the right to deduct from the Employee' salary, expenses at an amount not exceeding 25% according to the
foreign employment laws and regulations. 700/- ILS bonus per month provided by the Employer. Bonus will be
deposited in your account after every 6 months.
WORKING Days/hours and their noting: Days of employment will be 6 days a week, as a full time job (8 hours per
day). The law of working and resting hours, 1951 will not effect on the employment of the employee, accordance with
the Supreme Court ruling.
SLEEP, REST AND MEAL PERIODS: The Employer shall allow the Caregiver eight (8) consecutive rest hours
between two working days (except for occasional special care cases) and reasonable rest and meal periods in between
work hours.
The Employee will be given a ¾-hour break for eating and resting during a working day.
There should be a written record of the employee's working hours and absences from work, due to
holidays/sickness/other reasons.
RESTING DAY: Under the Hours of work and rest Law, workers are entitled to a weekly rest period of at least 36
hours, which should include Friday, Saturday or Sunday. As per relevant case law, the above 36 hour rule may not apply
to live-in caregivers, who must nonetheless receive a weekly day of rest of at least 25 hours.
ACCOMODATION AND FOOD: The Employer shall provide the Employee with adequate accommodation for the
entire employment period and until seven days after the end of the employment period. The Employer will provide
accommodation at free of costs.
The Employer will provide the Employee with proper meals at free of costs.
ANNUAL VACATION/HOLIDAY PAY: The Employee will be entitled for vacation in coordination with the
Employer and in accordance with work needs.
It should be emphasized that the Employee would not be able to excee of allowed accumulative vacation days
beyond the provisions of the Law of Vacation and Resting Hours, 195 $° Cl l

MEDICAL INSURANCE: The Employer shall, at his expense, regularize the Employee's medical insurance during
the entire period of employment. The set/basket of health services that should be included in the medical insurance is
detennined by the ordinance.

CONVALESCENCE PAY: After one year of employment, the Employee will be entitled for convalescence pay based
on his period of employment by the Employer, and subject to the provisions of the extension ordinance regarding
Convalescence Pay.
SICK PAY: According to the sick pay law, an employee who does not attend work due to sickness, confirmed by a
physician, will be entitled for a "sick pay" received from the employer. The sick pay equals to the full salary that the
employee had been entitled for, had he worked for the same period. The sick pay is processed as follows:
Starting from the fourth absence day- full sick pay for all days.
For the 2nd and 3rd absence day- 50% of the sick pay.
For the 1st absence day-, the employee is not entitled for any payment.
The entitlement period shall not accumulatively exceed 1.5 days per a full working month or 90 days overall. The sick
pay is deemed a salary for all intents and purposes.
HOLIDAY PAY: The Employee will be entitled for 9 holidays for Israel holidays, or holidays celebrated in his/her
religion, in accordance with the provisions of the extension ordinance regarding holiday fees, provided that the
employee does not work on holidays.
The Employee hereby clarifies that he chooses to celebrate holidays of the Caregiver's/Employer's religion. Attached is
the list of holidays.
The employee shall not be paid for holidays that coincide with Saturdays. An employee who works during holidays shall
be entitled for a 150% salary for the overall working hours. Employment during holidays is subject to the regulations that
apply to employment during weekly rest.
TERMINATION: Tennination of work by any party is subject to the directives of advance notice law regarding
resignation and dismissal.
TERMINATION BY EMPLOYER: The Employer may tenninate this contract with the foreign worker. The
Employer is obligated to notify the Employee in advance regarding his intention to dismiss the Employee according to
the dates set forth by law and the Employee's employment period.
TERMINATION BY EMLPYEE: The Employee is entitled for tenninate the contract herein. Work tennination is
subject to advance notice procedure: A Employee who was employed for more than 7 days MUST give prior notice in
writing to the employer and the private employment office. The employee should submit a written advance notice before
resignation, based on employment period: for work period between 7 days to 3 months: 7 days' notice, from 3 to 6
months: 14 days, from 6 to 12 months: 21 days, over one year - one month notice.
CONTRACTUAL RENEWAL: This contract is automatic wed for an additional year, unless a formal notice
regarding termination of employee-employer relations has be ny of the parties.

SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTE: Any dispute arising fro
competent or appropriate authority in Israel.
OTHER PROVISIONS: The Employee shall work solely for the Employer. The Employer shall in no case require the
Employee to work in another residence or be assigned in any commercial, industrial, or agricultural enterprise. No
deductions of any amount from the regular salary of the Employee shall be allowed other than compulsory contributions
required by law.
TRANSPORTATION: The employer shall make appropriate arrangements for the transportation of workers living
away from the accommodation place and terminate their work at night after the service of buses has ended or whenever
transportation services are not available.
UNIFORM: The Employer will provide the worker with work clothes, at the Employer's expense, once a year, as set out
in the Collective Agreement.
EPATRIATION: In case of imminent danger due to war, calamity, or other similar circumstances, the employer or his
representative shall provide reasonable assistance to the Worker, including relocation to safe sites if possible. If the
Worker decides to return to the India, the Employer or his representative shall provide reasonable assistance.
The medical insurance policy of the Worker, to be attached as Annex C, shall contain provisions on repatriation of the
Worker in the event of a medical condition which renders the Worker incapable of continuing his employment, as well as
shipment of Worker's remains in the event of death of Worker during the term of this SEC, both covering payment of
airfare.
The pertinent laws of lsrael shall govern other terms and conditions of employment.
