1. UCC’s rules on attendance shall be strictly applied Students may only be absent for any cause
for a maximum of 11 hours.
2. Classes will be held either on site or online.
3. Students are expected to come to class diligently and on time.
4. At the start of every class, a roll call shall be conducted. A student shall be considered absent
when he/she fails to be in class within 30 minutes from the start of the class. However, if the
student arrives in class after the roll call but within the 30-minute period, the student shall be
considered late/tardy.
5. Incentive – Each student who will have a complete punctual attendance (i.e., no absence and
tardiness) will get 10 points in their finals.
6. Proper dress code shall be observed (no sleeveless shirts for the gentlemen and no spaghetti-
strap and plunging necklines for the ladies).
7. No using of phones unless otherwise allowed by the professor. If anyone’s phone rings during
the class, we will automatically have a quiz.
