Subject: - Notice for vacating the rental property 129 Ground Floor, Richman Homes

Dear Mr. Babila Fombe Gena & Other Tenants

We are writing to you to update you to vacate the Flat No 129/GF Richman Homes rented to you latest
by 10-March-2024. As per the terms & conditions of the rent agreement, we are serving herewith 30
days advance notice for this Purpose.

You need to clear all outstanding rent & electricity bill pending latest by 15 th February 2024, in order to
continue staying in the apartment till 10th March 2024. Otherwise, we will be forced to take back
possession by 16th February 2024.

Your Outstanding Rent + Electricity bill is 30,168/- including previous electricity bills received till date.

This is the final notice kindly clear all your outstanding well in time. Please note that Electricity bill for
January 2024 & February 2024 has not been included and will be charged when received.

We look forward to your corporation in this matter.

Kind request to please oblige by the last date of vacating premises that is 10 th
March 24. Kindly leave amicably to avoid any chaotic situation.
