works etc : providing pipe line in Erikkari Ad colny at mottur Panchayat
Shown in the drawings and described in the specification deputed in the office of the President
mottur Panchayat walajah Union with such valuation by way of alternation of additions and
omissions the conditions of contract at- S.NANDHAN--Figures Rs 1,00,000/= words one lakhs
only-- Percentage less the Estimate rates.

I/ We hereby agree than when works are executed from the lump sum provisions in the
estimate or any new terms not contemplated in the estimate rates for these will be derive as laid
down in preliminary specification to standard specification for roads and bridges Articles 110-04.

I / We hereby distantly and expressly declare and acknowledge that before the submission of
my our tender. I/ We have carefully followed the instructions in the tender notice, and have read the
Madres detailed standard specifications and standard specifications for road and bridges and the
preliminary specifications of the standard specifications road and bridges and That I/ We have made
such examination of the contract documents and of the plans specification and of the location ware
the said work is to be done and such investigation of work required to be done. And in regard to the
martial required to be furnished as to enable through under standing of the intending of the same and

work as shown in the tender Notice.

certificate of income tax verification and a /the sale tax clearance /during the current calendar
year (2015-2016 )

624/= six hundred and twenty four only- has craned at money remitted at panchayat deposit if my /our /us as
per clause 3 of the tender notice if you / our tender notice if you / our tender accepted the earnest money may
be retained by the Panchayat -mottur-Rs-1,000/= as security deposit for the due fulltime of the contractor by
transferring the credit to 3 or panchayat suspense to the credit of Union Engineer. I/We failed to made
additional security deposit or to enter in to the required agreement as defined in Para 4 of the tender
notice .Then I/We agree to the earnest money
