almost all the competencies and skills that would prepare them for the curriculum exits
Work Immersion provides them with an avenue to test themselves and apply what they

work environment. Their experiences during work immersion will develop many skills

By 11:30 AM, we gathered once again for training before being dismissed for
lunch. We returned at 1:30 PM, where we were taught proper marching techniques. We
spent almost two hours practicing, ensuring that we followed commands with discipline

police officers. Following that, we learned about firearms, including how to disassemble
and use them, as well as essential gun safety protocols. Afterward, we lined up to leave

station to further enhance their skills for their future careers. Finally, students should
engage in outreach programs to deepen their understanding of the police's role in our
community.
