1. Greetings

Good morning trainees!! Welcome to Regional Training Center. Zamboanga city. Thank you for
choosing TESDA as your training center, where you commend us that your skills in this

qualification will be improved and develop.

2. Introduce yourself

By the way, I am Ms. Joylyn L. Caraecle your qualified trainer in

Bread and Pastry Production NC II. Once again welcome.

3. Prayer

Before we will start let us have first

our prayer. Kindly stand. In the

name of the father….

4. Checking of the attendance

Before we will have the orientation, I will check first the

attendance. Please say present once your name is called and then

sign the attendance sheet.

5. Distribute the Data Gathering

To know your strength,weaknesses and characteristics, I

have here with me a data gathering instrument for you to answer. This should be done
in 30mins. Please pass.

6. Distribute the self-assessment checklist

To know the extent of your experience and Prior Learning about this qualification I have
here with me the Self-assessment Checklist for you to answer. This

should be done in 30 mins.
