About me
It's hard to believe it was as recent as 2018 that I was running a
very successful, very lucrative test-prep agency in Flushing, NY...
but I was hating my life.
When I had first started it, it felt like a Godsend - FINALLY, I had
money.
I went pretty much directly from scraping by on $17 per hour in New
York City, barely able to pay a $400/mo rent in a cramped room, to
not having to worry about money at all as a successful business
owner.
But I was working all the time, putting out constant fires, and
dealing with all the stresses of running a traditional business.
Previous to and alongside that, I had been running a network
marketing business for several years - with some success. Fast
forward a few years, and I eventually had to come to the harsh
reality that, although I was creating passive income from this
business, I felt like I had abandoned the intellectual life I truly
longed for and felt I was missing out on contributing to the world
and making an impact to the fullest extent I possibly could.
Now, I’ve found a kind of lifestyle in which I make money AND make
the biggest possible difference. The purpose of this guide is not to
sell you a course or sign you up for something - it’s simply help you
do the same, while building community.
