The new Esautomation CNC range was designed to meet demands from an increasing number of users for a performance-
oriented, user-friendly CNC with up-to-the-minute functions and styling.

This led to the creation of a new range of products for bending applications combining the exceptional performance provided
by the previous S500 line with a re-vamped and ugraded graphical environment, plus exclusive use of Touch Screen and Multi-
touch screens.

Depending on the model, the new Esa S600 CNC line can handle the most simple machines through to multitandem robotic lines
with up to 125 axes.

With Can Interface


Both I/O devices and axes can be connected
to both channels supplied. The protocol used is
CANOpen DS301, inclusive of the main motion
functions of device profile DSP402v2.0.
Since 2 self-contained channels are available,
the devices can be distributed correctly to suit both
the sampling times required and the length of the ring
itself. Problems typical of applications with integrated
drive motors (CAN), such as Esautomotion’s ED Series
servomotors and EBS drives, for example.

ION Anglecheck
Glove for in-process measurement of bending angles
Anglecheck is the first system
in the world that combines
occupational safety
and high technology
in the metal plate
processing industry.
Anglecheck comprises
a special work glove
that contains a sensor
(installed inside the left index
finger) and a transceiver
(on the back of the glove)
for wireless communication with a second transceiver connected to the S600 series NC
installed in the bending press.

Anglecheck is very simple to use: just place your left index finger on the internal or external
part (you can select which) of the bent workpiece and press the button on the glove.
Anglecheck will transmit the necessary information to the S600 CNC in real time
so as to correct the bending angle.
Anglecheck has been designed to correct bends in 3 selectable points (Y1, Y2 and
crowning).

Anglecheck provides various benefits, including:


- Speedier production (it shortens the bending process)
- Less material wasted
(the result is controlled,
so there are fewer errors
and waste)

- Accident prevention
in the workplace
(there’s less risk
of accidents when
work gloves are worn)
