1. Reference: Letter of Instruction 43-2012 (Computer Preventive


Maintenance Procedures).

2. This pertains to the computer preventive maintenance conducted


simultaneously by the personnel of this station.

3. Said activity aims to ensure that all computers being utilized are at their
optimum level of performance.

4. The maintenance of computers includes the following:


a. Cleaning the Computer’s CPU Box;
b. Cleaning the Monitor;
c. Cleaning the Keyboard;
d. Cleaning the Mouse;
e. Running Disk Cleanup Utility;
f. Running Disk Defragmentation
g. Updating the Anti-Virus, Running the Virus Scan; and

5. Attached are photos for your reference.

6. Request acknowledgment.
