4 ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION

PART- A: EMPLOYEE PROFILE.

From the above analysis it can be observed that majority of the respondents, i.e,87% belong to the age group 30,10% of them are of the age group 31-40,3% of them are of the age group of the 41-50 years and 0% of them belong to the age group- of above 50 years. From the above interpretation its clear that majority of the respondents are belong to the age group of below 30.Most of the respondents are young and of middle-age and 3% of respondents are elder ones.

From the above analysis it can be observed that majority of the respondents, i.e, 97% belong to the Male population and only 7% belong to the Female population. From the above interpretation it is clear that majority of the Employees belong to the Male population.

From the above analysis it can be observed that majority of the respondents, i.e, 33% are under Graduates, 43% are Graduates and only 24% are post Graduates. From the above interpretation it is clear that Majority of the Employees are qualified Graduates.

From the above analysis it is clear that the majority of respondents, i.e, 20% belong to the group of clerk, 0% belong to the group officer and only 23% belong to the group of manager & majority of the employees are sales executives i.e,57%. From the interpretation it is clear that the majority of employees hold the clerk position.

From the above analysis it can be observed that majority of respondents, i.e, 73% belong to the group of electronics , 20% belong to the group home appliances & 7% belong to the group of mobile communication. From the above analysis its clear that majority of the employees of LG company ltd are working in electronic department.

From the above analysis its clear that majority of the respondents i.e, 60% belong to the group respondents who are married and 40% belong to the employees who are unmarried. From the above interpretation its clear that majority of the employees are unmarried.

From the above analysis it can be observed that majority of the respondents i.e, 57% belong to the group of respondents who are agree , 40% of respondents belong to the group of respondents who are strongly agree and 7% of respondents who are partially agree & none of the respondents are disagree with the fact.

From the above analysis, we can say that majority of the respondents, i.e,33% have an opinion with the fact that performance appraisal program is conducted in LG company ltd is done by peers & coworkers,0% with the superior officials, 3% with subordinates, 30% with 360 appraisal and the rest 8% with the customers. So, its clear that maximum of the performance appraisal of the employees is done by peers & co-workers.

From the above analysis its clear that, majority of respondents, i.e, 60% with fact that performance appraisal program conducted in the organization provides for a frank discussion b/w the appraiser and the appraise 0% disagree, 37% strongly agree, & only 3% partly agree with the fact. From the above interpretation its clear that performance appraisal program conducted in the organization provides for a frank discussion b/w appraiser and appraise.

From the above analysis its clear that, majority of the respondents i.e, 27% partly agree with the fact that the performance appraisal program done in the organization is transparent, 3% disagree, 30% strongly agree, 40% agree with the fact.

From the above analysis its clear that the majority of the customers are visiting to the company once in a week.

From the above analysis its clear that the majority of respondents i.e, 10% partly agree with the fact that after appraising the employees, the organization provides for training benefit, 30% strongly agree, 57% agree & only 3% disagree with the fact.

From the above analysis we can say that, majority of the respondents i.e, 67% agree to the fact that sufficient amount time & money spent on training program, 23% strongly agree, 7% partly agree & only 3% disagree with the fact.

From the above analysis we can say that, majority of the respondents i.e,57% agree to the fact that performance appraisal system conducted in the organization is been adequately associated with the performance appraisal,23% strongly agree,17% partially agree, & 3% of employees disagree with the fact.

From the above analysis we can say that, majority of respondents i.e, 60% are satisfactory with the fact that effort areput forward by the organization to develop the performance appraisal program, 33% are highly satisfied, 7% are partly satisfied & none are dissatisfied.

From the above analysis its clear that majority of the respondents i.e, 70% are belong to the fact that the performance appraisal in the organization is good, 17% say its average,13% say its very good & none say its poor.

From the above analysis, we can say that, the majority of respondents i.e, 53% strongly agree with the fact that, they regularly receive feedback about their potential for higher level jobs, 33% agree,13% partly agree & none disagree with the fact.

From the above analysis we can say that, majority of the respondents i.e, 67% agree with the fact that job rotation is widely practiced, to help the employees develop their potential in new areas.20% partly agree, 13% strongly agree,% none disagree with the fact.

From the above analysis it can be observed that majority of the respondents, i.e, 47% agree with the fact that performance appraisal system is conducted in the organization, 27% strongly agree,8% partially agree & none disagree with the fact.
