From the above analysis it can be observed that majority of the respondents, i.e,87% belong to the age group 30,10% of them are of the age group 31-40,3% of them are of the age group of the 41-50 years and 0% of them belong to the age group- of above 50 years. From the above interpretation its clear that majority of the respondents are belong to the age group of below 30.Most of the respondents are young and of middle-age and 3% of respondents are elder ones.

From the above analysis it can be observed that majority of the respondents, i.e, 97% belong to the Male population and only 7% belong to the Female population. From the above interpretation it is clear that majority of the Employees belong to the Male population.

From the above analysis its clear that majority of the respondents i.e, 60% belong to the group respondents who are married and 40% belong to the employees who are unmarried. From the above interpretation its clear that majority of the employees are unmarried.
From the above analysis it can be observed that majority of the respondents i.e, 57% belong to the group of respondents who are agree , 40% of respondents belong to the group of respondents who are strongly agree and 7% of respondents who are partially agree & none of the respondents are disagree with the fact.
From the above analysis, we can say that majority of the respondents, i.e,33% have an opinion with the fact that performance appraisal program is conducted in LG company ltd is done by peers & coworkers,0% with the superior officials, 3% with subordinates, 30% with 360 appraisal and the rest 8% with the customers. So, its clear that maximum of the performance appraisal of the employees is done by peers & co-workers.
