GRADUATION SCRIPT

CALL TO ORDER:

Attention, everyone. Please settle down as we begin our ceremony. Also, please set
your phone to silent mode and strictly follow the student marshal’s instructions; do
not deviate from the marshal’s instructions for any reason. Lastly, we request
everyone to please remain in their respective seats to maintain the formality of this
undertaking. Thank you. In 5 minutes, we will begin the formal ceremony. (Wait for
5 mins.)

Emcee: Good morning, everyone! Welcome to Blessed Adelheid Academy


Incorporated’s commencement exercises! Blessed Adelheid Academy Incorporated
is an educational institution known for its mantra, “Igniting for the Brighter Future.” The
institution propels students to become competent and independent learners in
attaining success with its ardent commitment to excellence and discipline. It is
fascinating to note how BAAI does not fail to provide high-quality education relevant
to the needs of these challenging times.

PROCESSIONAL

Ladies and gentlemen, the candidates for Moving Up, Completion, and Graduation
batch 2024-2025!

Let us welcome the BAAI staff, faculty and administrators!

Emcee: To formally start the program, I invite everyone to please stand up and bow
their heads as _____________________, a grade 1 1 pupil, delivers the invocation.

May I call Caleb Joaquin Balbuena from the kindergarten class for the pledge to the
bible.

Emcee: May we request everyone to please remain standing to welcome the


Entrance of Colors of the selected Grade 11 students for the singing of our
Philippine National Anthem to be conducted by Retaj Ladia , a Grade 1 0 student,
followed by the BAAI Hymn to be led by Ynah Emilia T. Potayre, a Grade 7 student.

Emcee: Please be seated.

OPENING

Emcee: Graduation is a time of celebration, reflection, and gratitude. Today, we


gather to honor the hard work, dedication, and achievements of our graduates. It
marks the pinnacle of their achievement. Throughout their journey, they have
overcome challenges, embraced opportunities, and demonstrated resilience. As we
embark on this ceremony, let us rejoice in their accomplishments and acknowledge
the support of their families, friends, and teachers. Without further ado, let us begin
this memorable event.

Emcee: Again, welcome to Blessed Adelheid Academy Incorporated’s


commencement exercises! Today is a momentous occasion for our dear graduates
because all their hard work and dedication have finally paid off. It is worth noting
that the journey doesn’t end here, but we, as teachers and administrators of BAAI,
are extremely grateful to be a substantial part of your life’s journey.

It is now my privilege to introduce our distinguished keynote speaker


for today, Ms. Justine Arenajo, let us give her a warm of applause

MESSAGE OF THE GUEST SPEAKER

Emcee: Thank you Ms. Justine Arenajo for those inspiring words. May our students
be inspired by your experiences and display the same commitment and dedication
that you do.
Emcee: May I call on our enthusiastic school principal, Mrs. Hasniya L. Rodriguez, to
hand to our honourable guest speaker the list of number of movers, completers and
graduates for the confirmation. May we also request the class advisers of the
movers, completers and graduates class to assist the students.

Ma'am Min: Miss Justine Arenajo I have the honor to present to you the candidates for
graduation for the School Year 2024-2025. I hereby petition the Office of the
Registrar to certify the completion requirements of the 1 8 candidates for moving
up, 7 grade 6 candidates for graduation, 10 candidates for completion, and 40
grade 12 learners candidates for graduation.

All of them have satisfactorily completed the requirements


prescribed by the Department of Education under the K-12 curriculum and are now
ready for confirmation.

Maam Justine : By the power vested upon me by the Department of Education and
by the Board of Trustees of Blessed Adelheid Academy Incorporated, now declare
you MOVERS, COMPLETERS, AND GRADUATES! Congratulations!!!!

Emcee: Please be seated.

My warmest congratulations to the successful candidates for graduation.


Commendations are also forthcoming to all the teachers who concerted efforts in
the fortification of student access to high-quality education and learning support.
The education landscape is constantly evolving and ensuring that students receive
high-quality education despite hindering circumstances. In line with this, I commend
the conscious efforts of all the graduates here for their unwavering resilience and
dedication to their academic studies. It is worth noting to emphasize that after al
those silent battles you endured and all the pressure to finish your schoolwork by
the due date because you had a job, after balancing personal issues and work days,
you are here today to give acknowledgement to yourself as a great person who has
overcome obstacles, grown greatly, and made a lasting impression. May you never
forget the journey to it and the bonds that will continue to shape you.

And now, the moment we have all been waiting for—the validation and distribution
of honors and special awards. This is a moment to honor those who have excelled
in academics, leadership, discipline, and service. We applaud their outstanding
achievements and commend their dedication.

May we request the kindergarten students to please fall in line near the stage
together with their parents.

Emcee: Let us take a moment to reflect on the journey of the graduating class. We
have prepared a slideshow highlighting some of the memorable moments and
achievements of our students throughout their academic years.

Both: Congratulations, adorable Kindergarten students!

Emcee: Dear Parents we are glad to see you here on this very memorable occasion
of your child. We hope to see you again next school year. Thank you, kids and

Let's extend our heartfelt appreciation to BAAI Administrators, faculty and staff,
for leading us in the pledge. Now, as we immerse ourselves in the spirit of
celebration, it's time to welcome our talented graduating students who will grace us

students to sing their graduation song, to be followed by the Grade 10 & Grade 12
